Rude staff, uncomfortable room, no wardrobe to put a coat

Hotel is newly renovated and the room was really nice. Bed was comfortable, AC was very quiet, water pressure in the shower very good. Location 5 min away from Metro #3 end station Levallois and a nice bakery Kayser 200 m to the right of the hotel. Hotel has a new team and all was fine!

Very lovely service. Breakfast was great and fresh. Love the coffee available 24/7 and very convenient to access the subway straight into Paris. I was sad they did not have a washer/dryer and confused since they have a laundry bag in the room. Also the shower floor is not set right an allows water to poor out into the room and now the last 2 nights it smells like terrible mildew and I am sure there is water damage. They need to put in better shower floors.

Super close to the metro. Very quiet and safe area. Not too many food/cafe options around but the breakfast at the hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and my room was clean. Would definitely recommend or stay again.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are nice and clean (a small stain was seen on the carpet), but overall very clean. There is a refrigerator in the room. The desks tend to be more of a shelf and narrow. The staff is excellent. Close to restaurants, bakeries, subway and if you enjoy walking not a bad walk to the Arc D'Triomphe, shopping areas, and more.

I go to Paris once every month in business errands and have stayed in many different hotels which all has been very bad. This one is clean and very friendly, rooms are small and so is the breakfast restaurant but I don’t care as long as it is clean, food is good and the cost is reasonable. Very nice staff in the reception!

A boutique hotel in a quiet, nice part of the city not to far to the central commercial areas. Staff was very friendly and the rooms spacious, clean and comfortable.

Such a relaxing, peaceful hotel. The city is easily accessible by the nearby metro. The staff are really welcoming, friendly and helpful. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!

Best Staff! Thanks to Norine & Chamo in particular but all staff members were kind, informative, helpful and actually seemed to care! The room was a little small but very clean and functional. Shower was great! Great value for only $75 a night. Good Restaurants nearby and only a 5 minute walk to the metro. Nice quiet location away from the hustle and bustle but also easy to get to the hustle and bustle by metro.

Excellent shower and toiletries, very comfortable bed, and pillows, nice ambient lighting and a very quiet area. Not very close to the metro and away from Paris centre but there is a nice river walk and it's a very peaceful suburb, would be easy to drive to from the UK. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was an amazing trip and the stay in the hotel was very good and pleasant. The staff was amazing and they were very helpful. One of those places where the staff would go above and beyond their everyday duties to make sure your stay is comfortable.
