The hotel appears to be undergoing a substantial renovation. Under the bed had not been vaccumed and the hair dryer didn't work. Location was convenient and quiet, though there appeared to be a homeless encampment in the woods across the street.

Wouldn't recommend this property at this time. Place was in disrepair in many parts. Couldn't get hand soap, or wash cloths from housekeeping. The ice machine for guest use was broken, therefore no ice.... Lastly, no comp breakfast and for that matter not even a morning cup of coffee...

Every worker we interacted with was incredibly polite and tried to be as helpful as possible. The facility is undergoing some renovations, which is not shared on the website. Currently it’s a dump. Carpets are dirty. Bathrooms are moldy. Halls are dark and gloomy. They had no soap! They were out. They did give us two shampoos though. I believe the sheets were clean and that’s the best I can say for the room.

Disappointing. Terrible towels, both in size and condition. Breakfast was not available due to remodeling. Carpets dark, dingy, old. Stove top on sink counter was nice, but nothing in the cupboards to use for any food prep. No plates or utensils so stove top was useless. Poor insulation. It sounded like the people above our room were using pogo sticks between 9pm and 2 am. The best part was the walk-in shower which was clean and appreciated.

Booked this during hurricane Helene when we didn’t have power. After days with No power we arrived to find out that this hotel also did NOT have power. Which I realize was not their fault but it should have been disclosed when booking. I could have sat at home in the dark for free why would I pay to do that?!

I wish I could review the hotel; we never got to stay there. Despite my calling earlier in the day to say we would need a late check in ("no problem"), I received a call at MIDNIGHT saying they no longer had a room for us. They overbooked. But never fear they had moved us to another hotel w/in 5 miles. You can imagine how unhappy I was as my wife was on her way to the hotel, already exhausted. Still 2 nights w/ 2 beds? Yes, they said. Is the place any good? Definitely, they said. My wife gets to the new location and they know nothing about this whole transfer. They also do not have 2 bed rooms, completing screwing up our family plans for the weekend. And the hotel was not the worst I've stayed in, but not far from it. My wife and daughter felt nervous the entire time. I had to be the one to bring up some sort of compensation for this mistreatment and 10% off is all they did. Handled terribly all around, so this company gets zero stars from me.

Upon check in I was informed regarding the incidentals deposit 150$ there was an accident with vomiting in the room I was told it would need to be cleaned before check out, so I returned and cleaned up the vomiting still to be charged an additional 150$ on top of the security deposit plus my stay! I have pictures and will be disputing charges with my bank because they aren’t willing to fix a mistake they made for charging my card without my consent

The bed linens were stained and did not seem freshly washed. The room looked to have been empty for awhile and not freshened up before my stay. Unfortunately a storm came through the area and was without power most of my stay. The room itself is spacious with a small kitchen, nice bathroom and table and chairs. It is close to a lot shopping, dining and exploring of Greenville. Easy access to interstate. Not a bad budget friendly stay but could be better.
