This apartment was super close to the old town and all amenities we were looking for to visit. The owner was always available to help and guide us. The only negative side was the curtains in the shower as they did not kept water inside and we were flooding the bathroom floor every day. Apart of that we really enjoyed our stay.

Location is excellent. Sleeping four meant very little room to sit except on beds, also meant little privacy other than the bathroom.

This garret apartment is adorable! It is newly refurbished, bright, sunny and airy. It is just outside Old Town, so you dont have to fight the crowds, but the windows look out onto the harbor and the City Walls. We were very happy here during our 3 night stay.

The view was really incredible, the apartment was big with lot of Windows. The shower was horrible and the bed not very confortable. The price was too high for the amenities, although the location was perfect.

But it was just outside the main gate of the old city of Dubrovnik. The hotel is in a very crowded place but nice walk to the old city or the beach. Keep in mind be prepared to dish out money as everyone in Dubrovnik is out to make a buck. Paid US$150 for parking over night. $130 to get a bed by the beach. The free beach does not have access to sand, only large rocks and boulders.

The location can’t be beat. This is an old historic building but is lovingly cared for by a family that is on site.

Absolutely loved this cool little apartment. We stayed here with our two boys, which was nice to find a place so close to the Ploce gate that sleeps four people.

This is an old apartment just outside the old city. We stayed in a room on the top floor with low roof(attic). You can hear creaking sound as you walk up the stairs(many steps) and in the rooms. Very basic accommodation with minimum and run-down facilities. Very tiny kitchen with gas stove but without cooking pots. However, a small microwave oven was provided. The bathroom with attached toilet is just tiny and old… An aircon is mounted in an obscure corner in the kitchen. The sleeping rooms can be warm without aircon in summer. The rooms were not well maintained, and they were quite dusty. Our major disappointment was the infestation of cockroaches(big). The pests were crawling all over the place including our beds and we managed to catch a few on our first night there. One of our rooms was facing the busy street and it was noisy till early in the morning. The view from the other room was just amazing – views of the sea, harbour and the city wall. The apartment is next to a mini supermarket and close to many restaurants. It is only a short walk to the entrance of the Old City.

It offers a good view of the dock and very convenient to get to most places. The owner did respond to our requests but I think they need to make the place slightly more cosy? The table area is very dark and that can certainly be improved. But we are happy with the overall situation l.

The location and views are amazing. Beyond that, this are cheap, basic accommodations. You will wonder when you show up at the front of the building, which looks pretty rough. The bathroom in my room was laughably small, and the furniture and fittings are older and quite simple. The bed was comfortable enough for a few nights and felt clean. But the view!! Oh my, day or night the views are like a postcard of Dubrovnik. The walk to the gate of Old Town is about sixty seconds. For the price,hard to beat.

We stayed in the top floor apartment with a distinctive sloped roof and a window that opens right onto the beach (ocean sounds are great to fall asleep and wake to!). The location is perfect--it's just outside of the east gate to the Old Town, and right below where the cable car and the airport bus depart from. Innkeeper businesslike but friendly. Dubrovnik itself deserves its reputation and popularity--stunning locale among cliffs with gorgeous aqua-blue water everywhere around, while the old town is festive, bustling but still charming and retains its medieval feel amidst modern comforts.

The apartment is within mins to the old town. The great thing about the location is that there are buses and taxis that stop in front of the apartment hence easy to find. You dont want an apartment in the old town as you will be draging all your bags given that cars dont go there and you will be going through many stairs. The owner of the appartment is very helpful and can assist you with all tours. The appartments are great size with lovely views as well. All restaurants and shops are walking distance. I will stay here again

The room has a wonderful view of the old city and really couldn't be any closer to the old city and the beach.

Can it beat this location. The room is sparse and modest, but views of old town are incredible. Don’t honk you can do better than this at the price point for accommodation. And the helpful and friendly people who run the place are top notch. You would be foolish not to stay here.

I absolutely love this place. It is spacious, has amazing views and possibly the best location in Dubrovnik. I will be staying again and again and again.
