Centrally located in Reykjavík with very helpful and friendly front desk personnel!

The property was fantastic and mere minutes away from the city centre. The staff of the hotel could be friendlier. They all seem rather standoffish. Not sure if it's Icelandic culture but surely not because i've stayed in other places and they are warm, smiley and chatty.

The apartment 802 we had was perfect for a small family!

apartment was really nice and clean, even bedroom and bathroom! The kitchen for some easy cook only because they don't have exhaust fan, but it acceptable. Bedroom will be some noisy If you open the window on Fri/Sat night. The Bonus is 10mins away only! Anyway, i recommend this apartment to you all.

We had a 5 night stay in one of the apartments which was clean, spacious and well equipped. Fantastic location on a quiet square in central Reykjavík, within walking distance of all the main attractions. Would highly recommend it.

We had an excellent stay! The apartment was clean and the heated floors and heated bath towel racks was a great bonus. Walking distance to many great restaurants with free parking at the church.

The Odinsve Hotel Apartments are in the heart of downtown Reykjavik in close proximity to dining, shopping, museums, transportation, and more. Just a few blocks from the primary hotel, you'll be treated to a home rental experience with the amenities of a hotel stay. Oh, and the views are fabulous! Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Hotel Odinsve apartments with our two kids for 3 nights and had a great time. The apartment was comfortable, warm, and well stocked. The staff were friendly and hospitable. The location was also excellent and walkable to most things we wanted to do (even walkable with our kids).

We stayed in the apartment and it was great!! Plenty of room for a family of 3. Walkable to almost everything in downtown Reykjavik.

Our apartment was separate, a three minute walk, from the main hotel. The view from the large windows up the hill to the church is gorgeous and the apartment is spacious. The beds were firm and the cleaning lady was excellent. There is one major problem; the techno dance club across the street blasts music until 4:45am on Friday and Saturday. My family could not sleep because of the bass reverberating throughout the apartment. If you plan on being in the club or not going to sleep until 5am on the weekend, then this location is perfect. Otherwise, stick to the main hotel. Our friends who stayed there had no issues with noise and e joyed there stay.

We stayed at one of the apartments, very roomy and super clean and perfect foe town location. Fromt desk staff and the hotel were very friendly and helpful in making reservations.

We toured Iceland as a group of 3 for 6 days. We stayed in a different place every night. This was definitely the most comfortable and spacious! Even had a view of the church from our window! There is no elevator, so that may be a deterrent for some. We only had to do two flights tho, so not too bad!

Right in Reyjkavik, close to shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. 5 minute drive to BSI Terminal to meet tour buses. Cons: 5 flights of stairs to get to apartment (no elevator) and parking was in parking lot nearby, pay parking during the day with VERY narrow spots. All in all, great place on Rainbow Street.

The apartments met our groups needs perfectly. While the property is a bit dated, it was incredibly clean, a great large space, and in the perfect location to walk around the city!

Loved the apartment - it's really well furnished and a great option for a family of four to stay in. Very roomy and also well equipped. Right in the centre of town too. There's a fairly noisy bar nearby but the glazing on the window is great so that wasn't really a problem. A supermarket a five minute walk away to stock the fridge. Comfy beds. Lovely bakeries and coffee shops so close by. The only slight quibble would be around the breakfast offered in the hotel itself that was served 7-10 - we arrived at 9am but for 20 euro each it was a pain to find that everything had basically run out (no coffee, no cheerios, just the dregs of bacon sitting in a solid pan of fat) so I would avoid that in future and just organize my own.

Location is perfect, walkable to landmarks, tourist attractions and nice restaurants. The check-in instruction is a little bit confusing. Overall, nice stay.

clean, bright, lots of space, fabulous location!

Everything was wonderful; however, I would highly recommend updating the sleeper sofa. The mattress was not comfortable at all and was very noisy every time someone moved. Other than that, it was centrally located, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy Reykjavik for a couple of days.

Great apartment, super centrally located at the top of 'rainbow street'. No onsite parking, but public parking lot close by. Lots of room in the apartment - the largest we experienced during a 2 week stay in Iceland. Only stayed there for a single night, but regretted we hadn't booked it for more nights. Only issue was that the apartment heated up quite a lot in the sun as the only ventilation is from small windows to open.

Loved the location and there was plenty of space. The front desk was staffed 24/7, unlike many other apartment-style rentals in the city, and it was nice to be able to leave our key at the desk so any of us could grab it if we came back separately. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing apartment. You could fit 5 but we were 3. So much room. Twin was smaller but fine and had a nice closet. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Beds on the firm side but ok (I prefer plush or memory foam). Every room had an individual heater (including 3 in the living room). Bathroom had a towel warmer as a heater which we used every day. Lighting in the living room was an issue as it was very dim all the time. Kitchen was fully stocked, but only had instant coffee so we bought coffee to brew every morning. So many windows, be aware no black out curtains in the living rooms so it stays light all day and night. View from the window is of the church. Literally you are on top of rainbow row. Best location ever but as other people mentioned if you are a light sleeper this apt is not for you and you are better off staying at the hotel. I brought my sound machine and honestly it was only a little worse than home (nyc). Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They help our luggage on the last day. Overall great apt and I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment, it was a great overall layout for a family!! Good location, walking distance to everything in Reykjavik. The apartment was sparse, but still hip looking. Good clean room for the night. I loved that it was offered for a deal last minute (we booked that day and stayed the same night for a great deal)

Apartment is clean and with all ammenities. Locatiin is amazing we could see the church from our window. I would recommend it Some construction was going on next door so could hear it and it was on 3rd floor so had to carry 4 big bags up.
