Decent enough room, but the comforter was dirty (stained of some sort). Good enough location with access to a park. The hotel mini gym water tank was empty and I asked for it to replaced but they never did and I went to sleep.

Room was comfortable and quiet. Shower was particularly impressive, with multiple heads. Well insulated walls so you didn't hear every room around you

Our room was facing the interstate and airport and due to the constant noise, we did not get any sleep. Would recommend a room facing the front of the building. Beautiful city park nearby. Good breakfast with a variety of options.

The property was close to the airport and was where some of the pilots stayed as well. There was plenty to do around and lots of different places to walk to. It was close to the downtown Boise area as well.

We stayed one night. The hotel is out of the city but there are many eateries near by.
The hotel appeared fairly new and ending was clean.
The breakfast option was good.

Nice place, fair price, friendly staff, decent breakfast, comfortable beds. My only complaint would be their coffee- absolutely the worst!

Check in was easy, we got to Boise early and we need a safe place to leave our belongings and they were able to accommodate us to check in to our room a few hrs earlier. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed and sheets were comfortable, we were able to get good sleep before we had to leave for an early morning flight. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was exactly what we needed. Parking was free and there were plenty of spots. The front desk were polite and helpful.

Checkin was great. Clean, comfortable room and facility. Staff is friendly and accomodating. Very disappointed pool and hot tub were down. I booked here so my grandchildren could enjoy the pool. There should be updates on the website when they're not available.

I felt a little unsafe and was worried about the homeless trailers across the street and my car being parked in the parking lot but I didn’t have any issue.

The Staff at this location were so friendly and accommodating. Even though my fight was in late the they came to pick me up at the airport and quickly checked me in. I was so grateful.

The facility was very average. However, we were given a handicapped room, which we did not need. The bathroom was not equipped for normal showering. They only had a hand held shower wand, the shower curtain was 6 inches shorter than the floor. The bathroom floor was covered in water from the uncontrolled blast. HORRIBLE

This room was a handicap assessable room. Nice and clean. The bathroom had lots of grab bars! And no place to hang your towels. We did not ask for handicap assessable room nor need one! Breakfast was just ok not a lot of choices. Probably wouldn’t stay again because there is better available.

Traveling with a pet can be difficult, but this hotel is very accommodating. We were given a room on the ground floor which helped with the daily comfort trips for our dog.
One unrelated negative: the hot water temperature in the breakfast area was too low to brew tea properly.

Although the hotel was still under renovation, the staff were friendly and helpful. Would have given 5 stars overall but there were no towels at the pool and the entrance still needs some roadwork.
