The hotel was great, but we recieved charges everyday even though we paid for everything a month in advance. Each day we talked to the desk clerk and they said they would fix it, but even more were added the next day. We talked to the manager who was not very helpful. All i can say is watch your charges.

Work trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with some variety across days. Board games in the lobby in the evening. Room was clean and comfortable. Sprouts and two restaurants in the same parking lot. Would stay again.

Amazing hotel! We stayed there only one night on our way to florida and very clean!!! The staff was very welcoming and nice!

The chargers for EVs did not work the entire duration of our stay. The staff were pleasant but were not very knowledgeable about how to fix or operate the chargers.

The place was really nice. I love that they use Dove products and they had a short trail I was able to walk after breakfast.
Speaking of breakfast, they had a great variety of things to eat and the area was very well maintained.
I also liked that they had board games in the lobby area, that was different & nice!!

The staff was fine. But I requested my room to be cleaned for the remainder of my stay and they only came once to clean my room and I stayed with them 4 nights. Me and my husband always stay at a holiday inn Express every where we travel but the experience is not the same. Its not as clean as others the rug smells like it needs to be shampooed which really disappointed us.

Even though I got issues with hotels.com ( they sold me unavailable room, I would give 0 to this third party) but Holliday inn team resolved this issue and provided me a room. It was smaller than I booked but I was happy I had a place to stay in for the night.

The beds are extremely comfortable. The rooms are clean and feel new but be sure to ask for room service to clean your room.
The lobby is a nice place to gather for a bit of family fun. Husband taught son to play checkers.
Weekend breakfasts are pretty good. A little more attention to cleaning up around breakfast was needed. Someone spilled their grits in the cheese bowl, nobody came to clean it. I also witnessed a cleaning person only clean half a table and leave the other half with crumbs.
Also there was a cherry seed frozen in some ice in the ice maker. While this was a good stay overall, they need to pay a bit more attention to cleaning.

I would stay at this location again but I would also ensure I have a rental car to get around. There are supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants within walking distance.
