Awesome place to stay at, close to all areas

Checkin was awful after a long day of flying. I was notified the morning of checkin that the room I booked was not available but I was being upgraded to a newer apartment building nearby and getting two 2 bedroom apartments instead of the one 3 bedroom apartment I rented. I didn’t get the message since the message was through what’s app and I was flying. Our airport shuttle had already dropped us off and left so I had to spend more money to get 2 taxis to take us to the other apartment building. When we get there, there was not enough sleeping space for my kids in either apartment so I called and the renter said the other place wouldn’t have been enough space either. I said based on Expedia’s listing there would be enough space at the other place and she said the listing was wrong. She said it’s ok, she’ll drop off a mattress for me later. Later ended up being close to midnight when we were all already fast asleep. So the mattress, sheet, pillows and extra towels requested were left in the living room by the renter. The sheet had a ginormous cigarette burnt hole in it so my kids refused to sleep on it. The en-suite bathroom in the room we slept in was gross. Mold and mildew everywhere so we didn’t even use it. The towels were hard and smelly. The trash room in the building was overflowed with trash and smelled awful. I looked up the apartment on Expedia and the pics were not bad. I imagine the original one I rented was in similar condition and probably looks nothing like the

The room is clean, in a good building, the apartment has everything you need even a laundry. Spectacular view! Highly recommend

It was a very satisfying trip. It's 10 out of 10. I went with a friend, and everything seemed to be perfect, I was able to contact the managers right away. There was a swimming pool. You don’t have to take fingerprints, just need a card, it’s all good.

It’s walkable to District 1,2. The modern-looking high rise has a lovely pool and convenience stores on the ground level.

The apartment is clean, and fully equipped, when entering the apartment, my favorite is the scent prepared by the owner, there are cute and cool little green plants. If you are on a business trip, this is a recommended place for you because it is both fully equipped and convenient for moving.

Nice, clean room. The area around the room is quiet, so it is easy to concentrate on work. Free use of the Swimming Pool and Gym. Moreover, the host is also very good and enthusiastic to support.

I would avoid this place with all cost. We booked 3 rooms unit with 4 beds thru Expedia. After 25 hours flight we arrived exhausted, the host tried to give us a 2 bedroom unit. Her reason was the ac was broken at the unit we booked which is very typical excuses for this business when they either overbooked. When we said no, she took us to another unit that the cleaning ladies were still cleaning. The room was filled with cigarette smell. On top of that, it only had 3 beds. When I raised my concern and showed her that I did booked 4 beds, she said I had to pay extra to get the 4th bed. I talked to Expedia to ask for help and they couldn’t do anything but offered me a credit of $50. I didn’t want any credit, I wanted the non smoking room and 4 beds. They wouldnt bust. It was so late and we were so tired to argue so we just took the room and spent the night in the stinking room. Just stay away from this host!!!!

Fantastic view and accommodations combined with excellent customer care

Overall, our stay was pleasant. There was confusion around check-in and we spent about 30 mins trying to find someone to check in with. Once we were connected, our host was very helpful. The property is nice tho.

The apartment has an amazing location with lots in the immediate area (walking distance) and right across the street from District 1. The ground floor amenities are pretty good and the grocery store is fairly priced. High floor with cool view, very clean and super comfortable

We booked this apartment, only to arrive and have no idea how to check in. After getting help from security, someone showed up and told us they didn’t have a room for us and would move us to another apartment down the road. The apartment building we were taken to, had large clear signs stating that it is illegal to use this property as short term accommodation. It appears that the owner is booking at Rivergate and then moving customers over to a private apartment building. Contacted what if who effectively said we were given an upgrade (the second apartment had 2 rooms. Not much of an upgrade when it was just me and my husband. We didn’t need a second room.

Ended up staying over by saigon royal apartment over much better but communication wasnt clear so we had moved from Rivergate to saigon royal then was given wrong floor but overall stay was great clean and modern apartment over by saigon royal with greater view. Make sure to contact host on day of check in so they can walk you thru before check in time and give you key card and apartment number
