I spent two nights here with my sister. The value of the property and what you get is hard to beat. The room was HUGE, very clean & comfortable. The building is historic and directly across from the Palace and many parks. Everything I wanted to do was walking distance. The staff was so friendly & helpful. Many cute cafes to dine at nearby as well. I would recommend it highly & stay here in the future.

This was a unique and gracious room. The location was magnificent and we loved our view of the park by the palace.

Mikyla was wonderful! Very hospitable and polite. Madrid was wonderful.

This hotel was not open but would not refund our money. I am disgustedly with them and hotels.com for not chasing up my money. I will think long and hard about ever using either company.

My wife and I really enjoyed the Apartment and the staff were very accommodating. We found the apartment very spacious get everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and the location is amazing. Would highly recommend staying there

Location is superb, very lovely interior with old European antique touch. Room with low wooden ceiling with windows are very unique. Good facility at the open kitchen area, make me feel like home. Just except one thing, the heating turns on automatically at midnight without been told. Other than this, everything is perfect!

We stayed at the apartments for three nights during our stay in Madrid. Overall we had fairly mixed feelings about the property and we felt the room photos listed didn’t correspond with the room we were given.Pros:Location for us was a real bonus, directly opposite the castle and within easy walking distance of all attractions and metro.The service from the front desk was outstanding. We were made to feel very welcome and Michaela was very knowledgeable about the city and always keen to help us as much as possible.Cons:The room itself was well appointed and had lovely fixtures and fittings. The downside was that both small windows overlook an internal area so a lack of natural light. Also, there was a rather unpleasant, musty smell in the apartment that seemed to be coming from the bathroom drain.The other issue was the noise. Late at night, we could hear music coming from a bar or nightclub until around 2am. We were on the 2nd floor so higher floors might not be affected.To be fair to the property, we didn’t share our concerns with them given we weren’t staying very long and the front desk lady had been so helpful. However, it would have been nice for the cleaning staff to be proactive in identifying and reporting the problem.

Great priced hotel in the best location . Everything is walking distance . The room was clean and the customer service was amazing . We got a tour of our room as well as a complimentary bottle of wine and waters . We also enjoyed that we could leave our bags with front desk after we checked out and when we returned they even had a bathroom to utilize to shower or freshen up before you left to fly out . We would book with them again .

The location of this apartment was fantastic - very convenient and also very quiet but so central with easy access to everything. The apartment was spacious and had pretty much everything we needed - if I could make a suggestion to the management - you have Bosch washing machine, Bosch dishwasher, induction cook top and oven and microwave - all great appliances. What was missing were a couple of tiny things - no trays in the oven (and it was in need of a good clean) no dishwasher detergent so when I put in on a hot wash with no detergent the glasses came out greasy and no soap powder for the washing machine (although when I asked at Reception a cup of soap powder was left in the room). Nowhere to hang the clothes - no clothes screen - once they were washed - and no toaster (had to grill the bread in the oven). Also no milk capsules with the tea and coffee. Those small things would make a big difference to the convenience and use of the facilities. The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and there were plenty of good restaurants locally and a supermarket nearby. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

An absolutely outstanding experience. Excellent location, world-class service, and beautifully preserved property/accommodations. As with all the best Properties it is people who make the difference. In this case it was a wonderful person named Michaela... decided to every last detail for us. She was our guide to the city, she arranged for a Front row table had an outstanding flamenco restaurant, And even make sure our taxi was there pick us up when we checked out.

The succeeding days.,they don't replenish the water any.more. wish they also provide toothbrush and slipper.it would have been a perfect place to stay. We loved our stay here. The location of the apartment was excellent and we had a glorious view of the Plaza Oriente from our balcony. The room was really comfortable and we'd definitely return on our next visit to Madrid.

We could hear the people above and below us through the night so would recommend earplugs. Some instructions on how to use the TV would be helpful. This was a wonderful property!! Great location across from the Palace, the building was so unique, the staff was fantastic!! Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very helpful in giving me direction how to get to the airport on a day when there was a taxi strike.
