Hotel is very convenient for the Andre Rieu concert and city roaming. Room is clean and everything works. Only inconvenience is that there is only machine coffee or tea in the foyer and there are no restaurants open for breakfast before 10:am near the hotel, once more the hotel staff could not tell me where I could get coffee and breakfast at 9:00 am.

Not so great customer service.

We were attending the Andre Rieu concert - the hotel is well located, bed comfortable, bathroom clean, lots of usb sockets, reception staff very friendly - overall 5 stars.

Very cheap hotel , but not cheap financially will not use again

Everything was great. Location was awesome. Only slight flaw was that to buy any water or anything, you needed to pay by card and the card machine wasn’t working. Not a big deal though.

Close to the river & many wslking paths

Brilliant value for money. Everything you need and good value for money. Lovely views and so close to everything. Brilliant for walks

It would have been nice if there was a laundry service or something in the hotel but otherwise the stay was very easy and nice.

Excellent location for my needs, on the edge of the old town and a short walk across the river to the station. Basic but comfortable room as with all Easy hotels - nothing in the rook refreshment wise or such as hairdryers but warm in what was snowy, cold weather.

Easy walking distance to all shops,sites of interest etc. staff were very helpful and friendly. Almost no amenities at hotel but you get what you expect from a clean and vey basic hotel.

It was easy to find, right across the bridge and some rooms have nice views of the river. My room was compact but modern and clean, and everything worked well. I just wish it had a coffee machine in the room.

The location of the hotel is really in the centre of Maastricht. We didn't use our car the whole weekend. The room was small but clean and perfect when you only have to sleep and shower. The employees were friendly and helpfull. The only thing that bothered us was the noice outside of the hotel. It was very loud as the hotel didn't have isolated windows and people who went out were passing by.

Location is perfect! The walls are too thin that can make you uncomfortable if you happen to have a noisy neighbour, which in my case there was. You have to ask the receptionist for an air-dryer because there isn't in the room. I stayed 4 nights and if not asked they do not clean the room. Check-out time is 10 am; for 15 euros you can buy late check-out and if you want to leave your luggage after the check-out, it is 4 euros.

De ligging was perfect

I find it odd that so many countries don't offer wash cloths/face towels. While the property was nice and comfortable, it was very very basic, no frills but the price was right :-) There were no glasses/cups - again maybe and American thing? Also I notified them that the soap in the shower was VERY low. It was not filled and when I stated it again upon leaving they did not seem to believe it has not been filled

Convenient location, clean small room and friendly staff.

It's greatly located near the main sights. The room is really minimalistic (beds, toilet, shower, tiny bedside shelves) but clean and quiet. The clerk kindly allowed us to store our luggage until the check in time for free (although the website said we had to pay extra which would have been unpleasant. Beds were comfortable and the curtains were great in blocking the light coming from small windows.

Excellent hotel. You won't get anything fancy, just the bare necessities — which match the price well. It is a really good value for money. We had only two problems with the room: the floor was a bit stained, probably something permanent because the room seemed very clean, and the windows don't isolate street noise very well.

Location was perfect

I have never paid so much for so little. No drawers, ridiculously tiny area to hang clothes. Thin thin towels, one each only. Soap dispenser and nothing else. Needless to say the bed and the room were small with one hard pillow each. The room was not serviced during our 3 day stay. No restaurant thus no breakfast facility. The only saving grace is it’s location by the river and close to old Maastricht and the three staff we met made it all tolerable.

on arrival the staff had us store our luggage in lockers which all hotels that we have stayed in offer luggage storage until check-in - there was no coffee or tea available in our room- the coffee machine in the foyer was available if you had the exact change to operate it - Rented bikes during our stay- I rode a bike with a faulty lock that caught in the spokes and caused me to fall and I had a serious hematoma on my leg. We have not heard back from the manager concerning this accident - he was to be in touch with me after he talked with the bike company - to date I have not heard from him which now has been 1 1/2 weeks since our conversation.

It was a good Hotel to visite maastrich and André for a short time

Very small room with nowhere to set anything. We had a twin room. If we had suitcases larger than our carry-on, there wouldn’t have been sny room. One twin bed was against the wall so seemed even smaller. The floors were tile.

The ventilation system of the room was not working. When I told this to the staff at the reception, they said "it needs to be cleaned" and there is nothing to do. There was an annoying sound of water coming from the building plumbing 24/7 in the room. The rooms are extremely small and there is not a single table to work at the hotel. Only the location is good but I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Very reasonably priced. Simple hotel room, but very comfortable! Had all we needed for a quiet night in Maastricht.

For a couple we got room 223. It was very small, the bed was not convenient, the pillows were not soft which gave us neck hurt and the bed was in fornt of the toilet/bathroom. That was not convenient if we are talking about privacy. The room i got before, i think it was 209 was much better for a couple. Would be good to give couples a much bigger room with the toilet and bathroom behind it instead of infront of the bed. Room 223 would be good for one person. Not for two.
