Check in was easy and clerk at the desk was personable and kind! Was close to my event! Easy to get too and felt like a safe environment. Would have liked if the elevators had the key card access just for safety. There was loud thuds that I couldn’t figure out where they were coming from till I took a shower the next morning. The shower doors slam when you close them that it shakes the room

When we arrived they gave us the wrong room, I had reserved a double queen. They did give us another room but it had several things that were in need of repair. The toilet seat was very loose almost to the point of falling off, the faucet on the sink was leaking all over the counter, the sliding bathroom door was very hard to close, they didn’t give us enough towels for the amount of people we had (in either room they gave us) which was clearly made know when I reserved the room. The pool was very murky & not clear so we didn’t swim. Even though it is no fault of the hotel there was loud car racing both nights we stayed until wee hours of the morning that kept waking us up. On the bright side, the hotel was very nice, the staff was friendly & the breakfast was good!

I loved everything! Every time I stay here, the customer service is always amazing! The front desk staff gives me a warm welcome. The facility and rooms are alway clean. No complaints!

After check in , we found door is broken. Allowed another room after 30 min, found bathroom slide door is not closing properly. Horrible maintain property.. room service is bad , shampoo and supplies were left empty.

My room was very clean and comfy but did have some issues. The bathroom door did not shut. Toilet constantly ran unless you jiggled the handle. Not the friendliest on check in either. Had to go ask the front desk for something and had to wait till the person got back. Came from outside and stunk like weed so bad. Not the greatest look for your business.

I liked how safe it was, but I didnt appreciate that they placed me in a hearing impaired room which i didnt request, along with all the noise that was thumping above us. We couldn't get a good night of rest due to the noise being so loud.

Loved the size of the room, yummy breakfast, cleanliness. Room had hair dryer, fridge, microwave, kettle, iron board, work desk and more. Overall an excellent experience!! Sticking to this place for travel to Dearborn.

The shades didn’t close all of the way, fridge didn’t work, and the people above us on the next floor were loud asf, stomping and throwing stuff on the floor is my guess. Not the hotels fault but other than those two, the stay was nice

Absolutely the best staff I’ve encountered on a stay. Hotels.com on the other hand was poor to deal with when we had an issue.

Only complaint is being able to hear our neighbors shower running.

Great for a quick business overnight. They had to explain how the light works when you enter - I thought the light was broken, but really you need to have your key in the wall slot for the first light to work.

The door to our room was off the hinges. We could hardly get the door open. The overall room was nice. Noisy all night. Lady that checked us in was very pleasant.

Table lamp wasn't working. Was not able to use the refrigerator.

It is convenient. The staff there seem to do a good job. The room air conditioner didn't work and was very loud. On other stays I've had tubs that wouldn't hold water, broken items in the room like lamp shades, and blinds that wouldn't close. Also the clientele in that area seem to be very noisy at all hours of the night. Mostly children running around rooms and up and down hallways. They did have breakfast to go this morning before the actual breakfast time. That was a nice surprise. Last couple of breakfasts I have had there we're good except for the meats that could have been cooked better or longer. Not unsafe food, but breakfast meats shouldn't be steamed rather than cooked in my opinion. For the price I could expect a little better as far as property preparedness and breakfast choices

Booked a room with 2 beds and was given a room with 1 bed and a sofa that had a sofa bed. Not what i wanted but room and everything else was nice.

Perfect location. Extremely nice. Excellent breakfast. Sierra at front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us. I left my phone at the front desk after a late check in. She delivered it to our room. Exceptional customer service!!

The staff was very friendly, and great the first room were a sign to was very nice.. unfortunately why we were out enjoying time at the Fox Theatre watching Jeff Dunham. We came back to the hotel and someone had claimed that they had reservations with Williams and the hotel gave them our room from underneath us. This was very inappropriate and was not professional. They should have waited until we got back to or called them back before given random strangers our room key than making my wife and I get a new room. The new room was okay but bad water damage and water leaked out of the shower in room 421.

It almost seemed like the rooms were half updated. Dirty spots around, broken blinds, a glob of something on the bathroom door, etc. other than that, it was great. The staff was awesome!

So I told the front desk the fridge was not only off but was extremely hot and i had food. She said she would send someone up so i started to get dress and the worker walked in with their own key no knock. I was horrified. I told the russian worker and all she said was im sorry i must have not told her the guest was in room . Hello i called you from the room for thr fridge why would i not be in the room ibwas so upset and all she said was sorry. So inapropriate as i was getting a dress . Plus fridge was hot they never fixed it

My first room was next to the elevator and ice machine which sounded like a vacuum all day and night. Had to hold the shower doors closed to take a shower. So I pick up the room phone to complain and the phone didn't work either. So I looked up the hotel on my cell and called to get a new room. Breakfast was the highlight of my stay. I won`t be visiting this hotel ever again.
