We most liked the location and convenience to shopping and restaurants.

Nice modern, clean, large room with nice bath. Breakfast was good with many hot items. Staff was friendly and location good. Only change I will make next time I stay will be to get a room that does not face street; there was noise at times.

This is one of those 'hip' hotels with colorful interior design that tries to be quirky and fun. I liked the lobby and the general look of the place. The problem is that the building itself is super cheap construction. You can hear people stomping around upstairs. Also, something in the wall, pipes I suppose, made this awful loud clicking/banging sound sometimes, particularly in the evening and early in the morning which woke us up. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what they can do about the building at this point, but they do need to fix whatever's making that terrible sound. I'm not sure how many of the rooms have the sound. The window shades also operate from these cheap chain things that are difficult and frustrating to use. Also, they use these day light bulbs in all of the lighting that emit an unpleasant, cold light that reminds you of being in a Walmart--warm light please!

The place was terrific Jenny and George Greeted my uncle and I and we really enjoyed our short but sweet stay there. Really clean and quiet and the breakfast was great!

Checked in expecting a king bed as was reserved. Went to front desk after got to my room with two queen beds, and was told they have been sold out of king rooms before I made my reservation. Either way, I spent a romantic night in separate beds. Hopefully don’t need to stay here two nights.

From the moment of arrival we were very much impressed with how Glo has set themselves apart from the other hotels. Communication was great the stay was amazing. Loved it and will stay there again.

Everything was great but the front desk personal was silence. As i was checking out i see a drop box to turn in the keys . I know during covid it was essential but now if i am standing in front of person. I would reach out saying how can i help you. That was not shown at the time of check out . I guess in this digital age one does not need to speak anymore . I get it .

We loved our overnight stay at Glo. It was super clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and included breakfast was great. Very happy with our choice and would definitely stay here again. Thank you

We got in late after a long drive. Desk staff had a lot of information and offered us late check out. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. The area is convenient and easy to get to. The air conditioning worked well.

My room was on the street side so there was road noise until mid evening. Spotless room in good repair! I would stay here again.

This place was great for a long weekend visit to Asheville. Easy to get to downtown attractions, East, and Biltmore. Also super convenient for the BR Parkway and Folk Art Center. Even better for our stay was how accommodating the front desk staff were. We accidentally double-booked our reservation and they were able to cancel the duplicate without charging us even though it was our mistake. A very classy thing to do. And I don’t expect all hotels would do this in a similar situation.

Very clean and seemingly new hotel. Easy parking and close to downtown, 5 minute drive without the hassle of downtown parking and noise. You can park in the parking garages downtown if you are headed down there

Clean, nice beds, variety of breakfast foods. Would stay again!

You get your money’s worth. Everything about this place is awesome. We loved our room; didn’t expect to get that beautiful room for its price. We loved the scenery. We love how courteous the staff are. Highly recommended.

Ok stay. The sink in our bathroom would not drain. It is new but necessarily nice. Ok for a quick stop overnight. Staff could definitely be friendly especially in the morning at the breakfast station.
