Basic but very clean and comfortable. Although close to the main road, not noisy. No bedside light, which would have been good. Shower had a curtain instead of a screen. Otherwise neat and comfortable.

The has been no maintenance done on this property for a long time, which is a shame as it has the potential to be quite a nice motel, being close to all amenities. The unit was small but reasonable, although none of the water outlets drained as they should have. WiFi did not work in the unit although it did work in the reception area. Not a lot of help. The laundry was a disgrace.

The room was very clean, we just wanted a bed for the night so ticked the box for us.

Room had a terrible spray smell so covering up other smells? Had to sleep with window open all night.

If you hope to stay like a king or queen, then you will be disappointed. However, if your main aim is to visit Busselton, and only wanting to a place to spend a night. This is a decent place.
It is only a few km away from Busselton Jetty, easy access to shopping, beaches if you have a car. The owner is helpful too. My room was out of hotwater, and the owner attended to it right away upon reporting.
I'm giving it 4 stars because the room is spacious. On the other hand the place can get a little more TLC as it is a little old (but still in ok condition) side.

We had a lovely stay in room 9. The room was clean, comfortable and suited our needs. Our only problem wasn’t with the facility or the staff, it was rude people in room 10 parking in our parking spot. Coming in at midnight, talking loud, playing loud music and being disrespectful. Apart from that, the facility was terrific

It was quiet and clean with cooking facilities. Needed accommodation for unexpected circumstances met requirements being bed and shower at a reasonable price during peak holiday season

Check in was so easy, actually too easy. I mentioned my name and the key was handed over. Reception staff was friendly.
We use the pool, it’s nice but ducks were sharing it some times with some duck waste around it.
You pay what you get for so the apartment is acceptable, bed linens were clean but we shared the apt with a couple of small cockroaches.

This motel needs an upgrading badly for its price. Rooms are clean and comfortable but the heater was going on and off regularly. There is no wifi except a weak one at reception, very inconvenient.
