My husband and I come to Louisiana every other weekend. We’ve tried different hotels. We ended also going to La Quinta but after our recent stay at The Mulberry Hotel we definitely going back! Love it ❤️

It was very nice, front desk employee was very polite and respectful. The room was clean and very comfortable, very spacious.

Your staff is amazing!!! Every time I stay, I feel like I am at home. I like the features and the spacious rooms. The kitchenette is convenient but missing some of the essentials. Room 218 had 3 of the 4 pans but all 4 lids. The frying pan had seen better days for sure, the handle felt like it was seconds from snapping off. I cooked two meals and had to improvise on the cooking utensils both nights. With the full kitchen available it was weird to not have all the basics. The only other issue was the toilet took super strength to flush. That seems like a lot of negative but honestly if you fixed those two issues the say would have been perfect. Your staff was attentive and amazing...just fine tune some of the small stuff and you got it.

The breakfast was great. They allow service dogs. Very friensly staff.

I gave cleanliness and comfort an average because the shower area in the bathroom had mold on the side and was brown residue like as if it hadn’t been clean

The hotel and room were clean, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was the usual fare Found at most motels, I.e. Waffles, yogurt, bagels, and a couple choices of dry cereal

It was a nice hotel staff was very friendly, but rooms ac was not cooling down making to much noise, shower had no water pressure don’t know if other rooms had the same deal but as I was leaving no one was at the front desk didn’t want to wait to let them know.

My stay was good. The room was as clean.

I give it 4 out of 5 stars. Walls are paper thin and breakfast was bad but the room was clean, bed was nice, staff was nice and it’s convenient to everything all at a good price. I’d stay here again!

Most things were clean and relatively new. I booked through the Hotels.com, but our project got shortened by a day so I asked the lady at the front desk if I could cancel one day. She rather bluntly said "you are going to have to call the service because they are the one who you made the reservation with". That was fine but then she asked me to initial a rental agreement and the first question is that I AGREE to the rate. There is NO rate on the paper so I asked her what the rate was and she said " i dont know, whatever you agreed to on your website" she rather curt about that and I initialed it anyway but anything could have been changed and I would have agreed to it because I had to initial without knowing the rate. She could have definatley handled it with more of a customer service mindset. But instead I was met with this I could care less attitude.

This place is super clean and you can tell the employees really care about the property. Smells great offers a great breakfast and has a great little store for snacks. Front desk is great in the location is great as well. I felt extremely safe and it was just a minute away from the casino

Light outage, no hot water due to outage.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel was very clean, which I appreciated. However, the AC unit in my room was excessively loud, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the quality of breakfast was not good

The stay was great and the hotel is beautiful. However we could hear the people in the next room and had to leave the tv on for blockout noise!

Floors in room were dirty, shower as well. Room had an unpleasant smell like it used to be a smoking room. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was a little thin and not very good.

Nice clean, reasonable cost. Quiet neighborhood. Saturday morning breakfast area ran out of breakfast items by 0915. Fan on AC made screeching sound, but we covered it up with a sound machine. Shower had no recesses for placement of soap container or shampoo.
