Upon arrival, my wife noticed that our sheets were stained and/or soiled. It appeared as though they had not been changed. She called the front desk for clean bedding in which we changed ourselves. We should not had to do this for the rate we paid.

Very nice property. But, at 4:30 in the morning I heard a different rooms iPhone watch going off. Walls WAY too thin. Could hear the people above also walking around half the night. Nice hotel, but I won’t book again

Hotel was clean. Front desk clerk was polite. Only thing I have to mention is that there was no hand soap in our room. Also there was a trash bag near our room when we got there and the next morning when we left. That’s not something you want to see on your stay at a hotel. Other than these things good experience.

I would stay here anytime. The clean smell as you walk in welcomes you for your entire stay. Rooms was big and linens were clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Pool was closed at check in due to health department code. Shower had less pressure than a kitchen sink.

Stayed here for one night on our way to Hilton Head. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean and updated. The only complaints I have are that the room had a weird smell to it. We thought it was just humidity and would go away when the air was turned on, but it lingered for most of our stay. Also it was very loud, but we did notice that there were several sport teams staying so I’m assuming it’s normally not that loud.

Overall a very nice, clean hotel. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty of food choices. Only one small complaint, all 3 of the soap, conditioner etc. in the shower were totally empty. There were 2 small bar soaps on the sink but had to get out of the shower to get them.

Before booking my wife and I read the reviews and the reviews were great. But upon arriving one of the elevators were not working. Two days later both elevators quit for a couple of hours. The heat and air unit roared. And when I asked for information from room attendants, they could not speak English. Other than these few distractions, we enjoyed the three days we stayed.

staff was kind, breakfast had options, gym was clean, room was comfortable. The only thing that I could say was not great was behind the bathroom door wasn't regularly cleaned but it wasn't bad by any means. An actual towel rack would be helpful for those staying more than one night since they only refresh the towels every 3 days but we were only there overnight

We especially like the hotel due to their friendly attitude towards pets. Pet area was easily assessable.

Elevators down, pool closed, the hotel cancelled my reservation at 3am as a no show when I booked for the entire weekend. I didn’t see anywhere in their policy I had to check in by a certain time. Got charged a no show fee.. for the first night.. reservation was cancelled at 3am I arrived at 3:38am. Entire weekend was already paid for but since they cancelled I had to pay again and still wait to be refunded for the Thursday Friday and Saturday. Horrible experience. Never again.

Room was nice and spacious. My only issue was the small bugs kind of like gnats around the bathroom sink and just how loud the people above me were, kids running back in forth all hours of the night. Other than that the stay was nice. The front desk was very nice and professional.

This five year old property looks brand new. It’s beautifully maintained, good appointments and the location is perfect for our “in and out” travel north. Thanks for the Dove products in the shower.

We had a nice stay overall. Check in and out were easy. The kids liked the pool. Did see some dust/cobwebs on the wall as well as some garbage behind the dresser. Bed was pretty comfortable and bathroom was clean. We had stayed before and were more impressed the last time but overall we’re happy with our stay.

I had a traumatic experience. At approximately 10pm, I heard my door unlock, and a stranger entered my room. I then heard the door shut. From where my bed was, I had no way of knowing if someone was hiding in my bathroom. I yelled and yelled. Silence. I was terrified. I fumbled for the phone and called the front desk. It turns out they had made an error, thought my room was empty, and booked it for another guest. The other guest had just checked in and had full access to my room. As a woman traveling alone, I am always hyper vigilant of my safety. The petrifying fear of knowing a complete stranger is in your room at 10pm is chilling. Afterwards, I just sobbed and was too shaken up to sleep.
