The hotel is well located. The room is.small with standard facilities. it has a coffee machine but not a refrigerator. The bathroom is bigger than the usual one with heather device for towels. We got late check out until 2pm that is good on Sunday. Airco works very well. We may come back.

The hotel staff were really clear and friendly. Our room had no window which was as expected for the “cinema” room. The location was great. The free water and small but mighty gym were surprising delighters. If you plan to be spending the majority of your day out, this hotel and specific room type may be the perfect fit for you too.

Like to common areas and the hall, sauna. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Limo/shuttle service was inconsistent - recommend to use a different company.

This hotel is a gem. Well located, well run and all with style. The roof restaurant/bar is a beautiful and welcoming space.

A bit on the budget side but ok. Very low water pressure in the shower. Horrible pillows.

Very clean and spacious yet efficient room design.

From the moment we arrived I felt like I was at home. The staff member who greeted us was reasonably knowledgeable about the area even though he had only lived in the area a short time. The hotel is perfectly clean, well maintained, and is very well positioned near Hôtel de Ville metro station. For new visitors to Lyon, it’s easy to get to on the metro, but takes two short metro lines. Once here the position is perfect for accessing the city and old town, many bars and restaurants, and sightseeing. Will definitely stay here on a future visit.

A perfectly located and very nice modern hotel with top notch service.

I felt like a rich person staying here! The staff were very kind and welcoming (the hostess and I bonded over Canada because it’s her favourite country)! The rooftop patio had incredible views and a sufficient selection of delicious food, though I only had breakfast there once because I got stung by a wasp the first time. One word of warning: they pump some sort of fragrance into the rooms when they clean them, so if you’re sensitive to fragrances like I am, you may have to leave the window open for a while to let it air out (which wasn’t convenient for me because there was a heat wave while I was there, and AC doesn’t work well with windows open). As for the amenities of the hotel, it had all the essentials. The rooms were modern, clean, and incredibly spacious, and there was even a mini coffee bar. It felt luxurious despite the few hiccups in my experience.

Spent five days (end June thru early July) in Lyon at the Maison No. The hotel is centrally located and I was able to walk everywhere. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would stay there again.

Very disappointed from the water pressure in the room.as well as the flow of the water out and there was no shampoo or it’s all combined in one liquid… Definitely not the value I expected for the room rate. Very nice, good clean hotel, place to work on 3rd floor with great wifi. Beautiful rooftop restaurant and bar.

everything was good, BUT the biggest issue was the bed! Our mattress was not flat, it was inclined toward the head, so your head was way lower than your foot and it was very very uncomfortable. I think they should fix it, other than that, the location, and the service were good, it was also very clean

Very nice staff went out of their way to make sure we feel welcomed. The hotel is very clean and in a great location. The only negative I can state, which is probably due to the restrictions the restaurant and bar were closed during our stay and although there are coffee machines and water all over the hotel, it was not possible to get anything else. Not really a big issue since there were coffee shops all around the hotel.

Great location, generously proportioned room and especially nice bathroom, some oddities like needing the room key to turn on the lights and no way to signal to the maid NOT to come in yet. Bed was actually too firm (and we like firm beds). We needed to do some laundry and were surprised that we were kind of on our own for that--so overall, very sleek place with some quirks.
