Good basic stay. Not a lot of frills but they do have sauna and a gym which was a nice surprise. Comfy clean rooms, friendly staff and a great Nepalese restaurant made my 4 days stay a lot more enjoyable.

The staff was very nice. The room was well maintained. I did have a problem with the tv. It was easily fixed as some of the t v don't turn on or off with the remote.I would definitely stay there again

When we arrived the place was dark so we thought the hotel had closed it's doors. There were no vehicles that we could see and it was confusing how to get to the actual hotel. Thank goodness they were open so we didn't have to find something else. The beds and temp were comfy but it's lacking outlets and USB connectors. There were supposed to be two USB outlets on the clock but they were pushed in and unusable. Good thing I brought my universal converter so we could charge our electronics. Lighting was very poor also.

Great experience! Clean and in excellent condition for an older motel.ground level rooms have patio door to go outside if you want to. Quiet air conditioner, comfortable bed. Sitting room in lobby was very inviting. Would stay there again! AND very reasonable price!

Pleasantly surprised! I was hesitant to book after seeing some of the reviews but everything was great. Fast check in, very clean, very comfortable beds (pretty sure they were new)! We booked 3 rooms and no problems with anything. It's definitely an older property but well taken care of. So glad I took a chance on this one!

Customers services was excellent 👌, super friendly and polite, the room was clean, our neighbors were noise and i couldn't sleep well ,but everything else no complain and the price 👍

Don’t stay here, it’s awful. Dark, dingy and outdated. Our room was insecure, you could get in without a key and we were told maintenance wasn’t available until the following Monday (4 days). My family and all our belongings were left vulnerable. Owner refused to give us our money back saying because we’d booked through Expedia they’d be charged so had to pass the cost on, quite frankly so what you let us a sub-standard room and should have compensated us. We moved to a different hotel down the road that was more expensive but worth every penny.

This hotel is a no frills hotel. There is not a complimentary breakfast but the staff was very friendly and kind. The room was quiet even though I was close to a busy road and I was on the second floor. The first floor rooms had sliding doors which opened to the street.
The television was satellite and it was hard to use without the help of the front desk staff. The exercise room needs to be updated. The room was quiet and clean and included a mini fridge and a microwave.

Check in is at 1:30 couldnt checkin till after 4 they havent even ckeaned room yet thrn got charged a 250 dollar servuce dog fee room was still dirty when checked in not happy at all

We saw this place from outside and it looked awful. All rooms on first floor had sliding glass door to outside on a very busy intersection with lots of trucks and noise. Parking lot full of potholes. Very run down.
When we tried to get a refund because it felt unsafe, we were denied a refund. I cant believe people can still do business like this. Very disappointed that Hotels.com still has them as a listing.

Our room was clean and comfortable. It is an older hotel with few amenities. The second room we booked in our group had items under the bed and in the night stand.

Staff were friendly, present and helpful. Being on a corner close to the road with traffic. Sliding doors made it nice for loading and unloading. Dog friendly, but hotel makes efforts to assist when neighbors have rowdy dogs. Overall nics stay.

Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Being an older hotel, not everything worked exactly as it should, but for the price it was fair.
While they do allow dogs in some of their rooms, calling themselves pet friendly is a stretch. The biggest issue is that the only grass on the entire property is in the courtyard and dogs are not allowed there. Many hotels have lawns and waste stations for dogs, this had none. For that reason I can only give it three stars.

Could not beat the price. Our room was clean. Front desk guy was personable and excellent. Bed needs upgrading, but for 1 night was liveable. Good parking situation. TV worked well. Nice that there was a microwave and fridge.

If you're looking for an affordable comfortable place to stay in Riverton, this might be the best deal in town. It is a throw back, nothing special, old school hotel. However, once in the room, everything is modern. Definitely one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a hotel.

Clean, basic room at the right price. Next to Walmart, Wendy’s and other restaurants. Staff were also super helpful and welcoming. Pet-friendly and there’s lots of green grass across the street for our pups.

Considering bang for buck this place is awesome. It’s a bit old and for have enough electric outlets and USB options, but counter that with a nice in house sauna/workout room and superb in house Indian restaurant.

The staff was friendly and wonderful, but this place is in desperate need of a remodel and the walls are so thin that I could hear the couple next to me arguing until about two in the morning. If you can afford a newer hotel, I would suggest it

Absolutely loved the lady at the front desk. She was super sweet. The room itself wasn’t too bad but the bathroom floor was dirty and there was a popsicle stick and dirt behind the nightstand when I was looking for a plug in.

The property was dated but still it was clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast would have been appreciated but we made do. Riverton itself was dead and finding a place fir dinner was difficult. We are not big fans of fast food and pizza is okay but not always our first choice. The desk clerk recommended a bar that also served food and that turned out to be a great choice.
