The rooms were nasty and the bathroom had someone else hair in it . The room was never cleaned

Hotel is dated, room was clean though and the staff friendly and helpful. My largest complaint is that there was no hot water, just above cold! Thought it was due to being evening, yet at 4:30 am when I got going and showered the water was still just above cold.

Stay away from thst motel. I should have read the reviews. Usually we liked Super8 unfortunately that is the second time we had a terrible experience. Super8 lowered their standards dramatically. No service. So called superstart Breakfast from 6-9. AT 8:30 no coffee and when asked the employee just turned around and went back in his room to bed. To open the room door you dislocated you shoulder, because it was stuck. Clean questionable Just a terrible . experience. I will never ever stay in a Super8

We were not pleased with the front desk person. He was NOT pleasant. There was no breakfast this morning. The room was okay, needed updating and the air conditioner/heater did not work very well. The outside of the hotel needs help-it needs work to make it more pleasant looking. The back of the hotel was filled with old tables etc. it looked horrible! We would not ever stay there again!

The USB port plugs for charging your phone did not work at all. I found out in the morning that one of the light switches controls the fridge and my food went bad. The fridge also had a horrible smell to it. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Upon check out there was no one to talk to at the desk to confirm check out. All they had was a little basket that said: key cards here please. In my opinion if you're going to do that at least put a sign that says: For check out please put key cards here. So that we can be assured that it is considered checking out. As I was pressed for time I had to trust that putting my key card in that basket was all that was needed and I was not going to be charged anymore.
Overall I probably will not stay here again.

The older staff lady was super friendly and helpful. She was working very hard. The manager was very helpful, too, in suggesting activities to do in and around Riverton, Wy.

It’s cheap and cheerful l, perfectly fine for a nights stay. We stopped over on our way to Yellowstone NP so only spent a short time in the room. Room was ok for the price we paid. The staff member on duty wasn’t the most friendly but apart from that overall was fine for the price you pay.

The manager did his best. Owner won’t staff correctly, fix issues with maintenance, toilet dripped on floor, faucet on sink broken, hair dryer connection broken and an electrical hazard. Breakfast was a joke. Don’t recommend this motel. Below Wyndham standards.

The room wasn't very clean, there was hair in the bathtub. The beds were lumpy. It was suppose to have breakfast only thing out was coffee and it was cold.

This hotel was so disgusting that we didn't even check in. We just decided to eat the 160 dollars it cost to stay here and found a different hotel. This place should be demolished.

The Tv didnt work, there was trash under the table. Not exactly sure what was on the bathroom sink. The bathtub was disgusting and there was some sort of black substance on the shower curtain. It honestly looked like grease!! This will be the last time we stay at a super 8

All the guy at the front desk would talk about is how i bought through expedia and how it makes them loose money. The batter for waffles was never ready all 4 nights we stayed there. The pastries were always frozen. The rooms are very outdated and had a peculiar smell. The room was dirty as well

Our bed was comfy but room very dirty. Didn't even dare use the shower. Needed a deep clean and vacuum the corners. We got there at 11 pm and left ASAP in the AM or would have gone somewhere else.

This places needs an overhaul. The front desk was needing tearing in customer service. When I arrived I filled out how my check in went. I listed several complaints. Hair on our pillows and shower, the shower had residue that was from the anti slip mat, as well as no sink stopper. The toilet leaked, so the front desk staff locked me out of my room until I got back so he could talk to me about this. He offered to move us but we were leaving the next day. I declined, he blamed the hair on his housekeeper. I have stayed at Wyndham resorts in the past, this is no resort. It’s a super 8 motel.

The light switch in the bathroom was broken exposing wiring. The AC did not seem to work at night. Not really worth the money vs paying just a little more fir a better hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The photos on the website is deceiving. The rooms are old, the building is old. The guy at the front desk was pleasant at first but change his attitude when I complained about hair in the tub. At breakfast, he gave me 1 cup of waffle batter and told me to share with my husband...he didn't have anything other then coffee to drink. he said the "bikers" must have devoured all the food, but I didn't see any bikes parked outside. We tried to get a refund for the 2nd night but he refused, our travel agent tried to help but he still refused so we had to endure another night. For what I paid a night, it was totally NOT worth it. Very rundown and old. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!

The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was horrible. The fan sounded like it was going to fall off. We stayed there for two days and they didn’t clean and make our beds. The room was in disarray when we came back. We had to make our own beds. The toilet was so bad that my behind kept touching the water when I sat on it. Breakfast was a joke. I rented two rooms. This is the second time I stayed at super 8. I will never again stay at these hotels again!

Had one guy running 24-7 . No breakfast,said could not give us a billing receipt. Bath fixtures rusted out, bolt holding sink knob on. Needed to run water very long time to warm up. This place needs help or remodeling. The guy running the place was polite and little helpful.

Rent two rooms, the young man who checked me in was very friendly and courteous. The rooms had a musty odor a d one room the bathroom door was cracked which made it very difficult to close a d when you did get it closed it was even harder to open.

Booked for 2 nights. 2 adults, 1 child. Front desk clerk was curtious and efficient. Room was clean as we walked in. Was a little on the small side but was ok for the 3 of us. Both beds were very much on the small side. They were true double beds not queens. If you are a couple who likes to spread out on the bed or are tall, ect, you will not like the beds. But they were comfortable and firm. Air/heat worked. Bathroom was clean and water pressure was good. Only had two towels so we had to hang em and let one dry for the kiddo to use. TV worked great and had a good selection of channels. Small coffee pot that worked and a fridge that was cold. Over all, we would stay there again.

The manager was super nice. That’s where it ended. Our sink not just had a dripping pipe from the sink. It was like a waterfall flooding the floor. I told the manager. But no one ever came to look at it. Some of the towels were dirty. Also, the pillows were uncomfortable. I think this could be a good place but I overdue for some renovation.
