The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The area is really quite and close to the plaza. Definitely going back.

The property is soo nice and pretty is safe and the staff goes above and beyond. We needed a taxis at 4am they schedule that for us and made sure it was safe gor us. 10/10 recommend

Very comfortable place to stay.

This was such an unpleasant experience, despite the beauty of the hotel my friends and I got spider bites and the AC was poor quality-Can’t mention the staff was super rude. We had to request a ride at 3 AM and the man that was helping us was upset that we had woken him up, but that’s his job. He was actually sleeping in one of the rooms and we needed to get a few things from the hotel before us taking off, they also charged an additional fee for an other person that wasn’t on website over all I will never go there again!

It does not look like the picture the rooms are extra small. and old. and dirty the parking is not in the property its not close to the plaza. and the neighborhood it just does not look safe there is Griffith in the walls and dirty Not what I was expecting. we did not stay and we had to get a different hotel.

The hotel fits for this particular area. It is old, and it is Mexican. Most rooms do not have a window for starters. The rooms are small, so I would not bring a laptop with me. Plus an earlier review by someone else reported theft of some valuables (we did not have any incidents, but at the same time, we kept our Do Not Disturb sign on the door the entire three days of our visit). There are no glasses or cups in the room, no Kleenex, and no complimentary bottles of water (and you do not drink the tap water in Mexico). Just come prepared with the things you need and make this a memorable trip! It is close to the square that has lots going on, and the people are very friendly.

Dirty floors, tiny bathroom sink, malfunctioning shower gel, very unappetizing complimentary breakfast.

Property is a few minutes walk from the central Plaza. lots of local eateries and shops.

The hotel is very nice and within walking distance of their main plaza. Diana from the front office was very helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff very nice.

Very good stay. Great breakfast on the rooftop.Five minute walk to centre. Comfortable room. Check-in was awkward. I had reserved 2 rooms for 2 couples in April. I had requested a ground-level room for the couple I travelled with as the gentleman required an oxygen tank and had difficulty with stairs. The receptionist said the room wasn't available. An hour later, the receptionist approached the couple and said the ground-level room WAS available. The couple had already settled in and declined.

My husband and I visited beautiful Tlaquepaque for the first time. Hotel Puerta San Pedro is within walking distance to then main shops and restaurants. We felt safe walking the town. The place was very clean, quite and beautiful hacienda style. We had a wonderful experience and we highly recommend. Also, budget friendly.

Clean organized friendly place to stay

Hotel staff was excellent. Upstairs pool are is small but great for enjoying a drink or meals. Rooms are very small, so make use of the shared common areas.
