Extremely nice room - very large, comfortable and in like new condition. The only “But” was the intermittent wind turbine noise that woke us up several times in the night. We tried turning off the HVAC system in our room but no change……as it was the middle of the night we didn’t have the energy to switch rooms.
One of the best continental breakfasts we ever had - quiche tasted homemade, best hotel coffee I’ve ever had (and we travel often).
Great location - we drove to a local brewery GearHouse but there were several walkable restaurants, shopping and gas stations.
Overall we’d definitely recommend this place just avoid room 418 - or possibly other rooms on the 4th floor.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom was amazing especially the shower. The continental breakfast was great as well!

Have three complaints. At check in they give you times pool is open they fail to mention nor are there signs posted on door stating no towels you have to go to front desk.
Bathroom is a barn door right in front of beds and it’s a frosted door you can see through and lock doesn’t work. And room had two queens and a bed in couch. But only three towels.
And breakfast was hard boiled eggs bagels, waffles or cereal. And yogurt. And ppl pay for that. Crazy.

The room was clean and spacious. The shower was excellent. Staff was friendly and breakfast good.

We stayed for two nights in late July, and although our stay did not encounter any major hiccups, we did have a couple glitches. We had to request clean bath towels for our second day, and once requested the towels were handed to me as opposed to an attendant re-stocking our room. Also, the only hot item on the continental breakfast menu was the ubiquitous "make-your-own-waffle", or use of the singular microwave to heat store-bought packaged breakfast sandwiches. Aside from those relatively minor issues, our stay was comfortable and uneventful... just like a hotel experience should be!

The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was at the end of the bed which I hated for privacy reasons. There needs to be plug in's on both sides of the bed for electronics.

The staff and bartender here are exceptional and the rooms are large with a sofa and good-sized desk for those who need to get work done on their stay. The drinks are also very affordable, and I only drank mixed drinks, which are usually more expensive at other jotels. The only thing that could be improved is the location of the TV within the room. It was off to the right of the bed located on the right, making viewing for the left bed difficult.

I love SpringHill properties!!! Love the details of the design. Everything is simple clean updated, bathroom is perfect- plenty of towels, hooks in the right places, good lighting, great mirror, shower has the pump toiletries…. Its the best hotel group for travelers!!!

Everything was great. My only complaint would be not super family friendly with a door that is kind of see through for the bathroom and no night light for night time.

Everything was amazing. The staff the room the bartender.(James) made us feel welcomed and were extremely accommodating. The only negative thing I would say is regarding breakfast state that it goes till 930 however, starting at 9am they began cleaning it up and not replacing items.

Really nice place to stay and close to lots of restaurants and stores. We took advantahe of the bar and their lite meals were just what we needed after a long day of driving. Room was extremely clean. We will stay there again for sure.

Everyone at this property was welcoming, helpful and pleasant. The room was clean, the breakfast was great. Kids loved the hot chocolate available in the evening. My son wants to come back even when we have no other reason to visit this city again!

As soon as we arrived, I could tell by the cleanliness in the lobby to the caring staff that this was going to be so much better than I expected. Our previous hotel stay somewhere else was a nightmare so this was a welcome change. In our room, I never heard any noise throughout the hotel and almost thought it was empty even though it wasn’t. Staff responded to all our needs and were always polite. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Beds and linens were fresh and clean. The suite we got was beautiful and plenty of room for a family of 5. I’ve already decided any time I come here again, this hotel is my first choice.

We have stayed at this hotel twice now and ALL the staff are super friendly. The rooms are big, clean and smell good. The breakfast served the purpose. I forgot my camera the first time and got it back. The swimming pool once had too much chlorine and our youngest had extreme problems with his eyes. The employees gave us free eye drops and always asked how he was doing. According to information from the front desk, the management would be informed.

Stayed here last year and all was EXCELLENT!
This year was not so great. The room had a smell when you walked in. The bed pillows also smelled funky. The lights over the bed area and in the closet didn’t work and the bottom of the shower had a lot of mold.

Very clean. Front desk excellent. Disappointed at breakfast selection and was told “breakfast was done at 9:00am” however the sign on the wall says 9:30am. Thinking they just do not make more food after 9:00 am on a weekend??! You get what you get?
