Another consistently good Hampton Inn experience.

I love the Hampton Inn. When I walked into my room, it smelled like bleach. I knew it was clean. It was immaculate. The staff was very friendly.

After a 10 hour drive, the front desk staff was nowhere to be found upon arrival and no sign indicating they were on a break and would return shortly. I stood there for over 5 minutes before I left to return to my vehicle to call for assistance. In the meantime the front desk clerk did make her way to the desk. While I was checking in she was rude and confrontational in a way I had never experienced at any other Hampton Inn check in. It made me uncomfortable for the remainder of my 3 night stay. Our bathroom had hairs on the walls and in the shower from the occupants before us. Parking was easy, though there was a $4 plus charge per night. Lots of restaurants nearby. The area felt safe and the room was quiet at night. We would not stay there again but only due to the front desk clerk and the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom.

Our room had a weird smell. Other than that the hotel was standard. The staff were excellent. For example, we forgot our toothpaste and were given travel packets to hold us over. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay there again when I return.

I gave 3 stars only because the shower and sink had long strands of hair in several places. I ended up putting a towel in the shower due to the hygiene concern. Shower sealing agents and splatter on the sink bathroom light needs attention with cleaning. Over all everything else was clean, comfortable and quiet. Bed and pillows were soft and customer service was very pleasant!

It was a really nice room - clean, comfy bed, mini fridge was helpful, easy to control temp, great shower, helpful staff, great breakfast Would definitely recommend and go would stay at again

The carpets in the hallways were super dirty, the carpet in our room was sticky. The wall ja ks didn’t work by the bed to charge our phones and the outside door was broken by the pool to the courtyard so you get locked out.

I enjoyed the facilities. Everything was clean and the staff were helpful!

I thought the property could be a little more clean. Stairs on the carpet. A musty smell I. Our room. I was extremely unhappy with Expedia on a whole!

The young lady who checked me in was awesome. Very friendly and professional most definitely will be back.

Had the Premium Suite but there was nothing Premium about it. It did not come with the snack amenities pictured. The room was larger but it was empty. There was no extra furniture to make up for the extra space. Huge kitchen area but no table to sit at. One chair at the desk in the entire room. No clock. No room service unless requested. We didn’t want it so we just set our trash outside the room in the morning. Came back that night to it still sitting there. The carpet throughout the entire hotel is disgusting: stained, ripped, and wrinkled. Pool says it closes at 11. Front desk clerk said he shuts it down at 9:45 every night.

While the hotel itself was clean, the beds were hard. There was a pile of towels on the floor in the closet. We were unsure if they were clean or used as some were folded. There were also black hairs in our toilet when we arrived, so not positive the bathroom was cleaned either. The shampoo was almost empty in the shower. There was a bug on the fresh fruit during our breakfast and we had to ask for things to be restocked (example syrup) at 7:30am (breakfast is from 6-10am). And I was very frustrated to discover there is a parking fee. After paying over $900 to stay there, I feel parking should be free!!!!!!!!

Perfect hotel for a Six Flags weekend! 10-15 min from Six Flags and quite a few restaurants within 4-5 min too. We took advantage of the free breakfast and pool too. We will definitely be back for our next trip to Six Flags!

Place was clean modern updated no issues with anything and the guy behind the front desk was excellent to interact with check in was smooth he told me what I needed to know and everything was great!

Wonderful hotel! Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Close to a lot of restaurants and fast food. Very enjoyable.

The swimming pool was so good, my kids liked it.

We stayed here because it was only 8 min from the navy base . I’m happy we did cause it was a nice hotel . The rooms were good size bathrooms had everything we needed . My favorite part was the free breakfast . I loved how it was also walking distance from the casino, Walmart , and much much more . The works were nice and helpful . The pool was nice and warm but we just didn’t have much time to go for a dip .

For two days we stayed there, breakfast service was horrible. There were long lines of guests waiting for food. The chef brought out a handful of omelettes that were only enough for the first five people in the line. The chef would then disappear behind closed doors only to show up with a handful of boiled potatoes 45 minutes later. My family and I and many other guests never got a chance to eat anything for breakfast at the hotel but instead had to drive to some nearby restaurant for service.

The mattress was terrible… Very uncomfortable
