Overall it was a nice hotel and great location to trains etc. Becareful I went to the wrong location. Make sure you go to old town. I was a little disappointed they wouldn’t let me check in early. They do have a luggage area. I wished they would have put my name on the bags. The room was nice and quiet. The beds were hard so I put a comforter down to make it less firm. The staff aren’t very friendly. I wish the towels were softer. If you do not use cleaning service they give you a small gift.

We travelled to Budapest and stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was super helpful, went above and beyond to accommodate my vegan requirements for breakfast, the chef went to the supermarket to buy stuff for me.
The hotel is in a quiet area but so close to everything,
Breakfast was lovely, room clean and comfortable. I would absolutely return here.

staffs were friendly. Room was spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Loved it. Walking distance to most attractions. They arranged transport to pick us up at 3:45 a.m. to go to the airport and it was on time. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when we go back to Budapast.

Staff was nice. The breakfast was really good with many options, from pastries to salad to cold cuts and bread, cereal. They made me a nice cappuccino. Rooms were clean. My floor had a kids corner which I think is great for families with kids to play in. Area felt safe with metro and buses and teams 3 minutes from the hotel. Plenty of options for restaurants. A 4 minute walk from the post office. Some book stores 4 min walk. Overall a great experience.

This is still by far, one of the best hotels in Budapest. The Staff are incredibly polite and professional. The hotel is styled beautifully and the rooms are lovely. There is a great selection of choices for Breakfast and the Spa is a welcomed after a tiring day. Location is exceptional *****

We were really impressed with everything about this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, very elegant, and all our requirements were met. The location was local to vibrant areas, tucked down a side street but within a 5 minute walk which was perfect - any closer may have felt too busy. The only thing which we would have preferred would be to have more privacy with the bathroom area. We chose a suite with a bath which had no bathroom door dividing the bedroom and bathroom. It did look lovely though and felt very modern and open.

I was with a group of friends and found the accessibility to everything we wanted to see very easy to find and walk to.

A wonderful property - boutique style hotel with quirky & tasteful design features. Very helpful & attentive staff. The roof top bar is a great feature. The hotel was also very conveniently located for sightseeing & using various public transport options.

The hotel had an unique ornate cosy atmosphere and the breakfast catered for every taste they also had a bar and restaurant on the roof top overseeing part of the city which was relaxing

The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice, it was all very fresh with lovely homemade yogurts.

It was clean, comfortable and the service was absolutely great. It was close to the tourist areas yet far enough that you are not in the middle of it. Comfortable bed, new. Breakfast was great (coffee amazing). Real close to a great restaurant street.

Travel a lot , stay in a lot of hotels - and this is a very good hotel - the design of decor in rooms is superb -all solid wood and wrought iron vintage style - bar and lounge the same - gives great atmosphere to whole place - very helpful staff - many thanks to Christian - set up the Netflix system for us in the room after problems with it - good area - central - easy walking distance to restaurants , cafes , metros - would definitely recommend this hotel

Centrally located...good restaurants all around..minutes from most attractions. Everyone of the staff were very nice and did a wonderful job in pleasing us. Thanks to all...Zsophia.. and Mr Vari...and all the breakfast staff. KOSZSONOM !
