The remodel on the lower level was great for me, however my husband missed the old look. It was one of the reasons he loved staying there lol. It was very nice. The area of Townsend is so relaxing!

This motel was very cozy and affordable. I wasn't sure about having an exterior corridor, but the location eased my mind. The cleaning crew did a fantastic job and the lady at the front desk was delightful. Townsend is the best kept secretbin the Smokies.

I booked this motel based on the reviews and it did not disappoint. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet and just a lovely little place tucked away in Townsend. We enjoyed swimming in the pool too.

We love this little gem! My son and I look forward to staying here whenever we get to the mountains and we had a great time once again! The rooms are nice--spacious, clean, and comfortable. The upper pool is our new favorite spot now that we realized it's heated!! We hadn't used it before but we really loved it after a day in the park! We didn't want to come home and my son asked the whole way if we could just go back to the hotel!!

We stay at the Riverbreeze every time we take a trip to the smokies, we are avid hikers and you can’t get any closer to the National Park. Clean, quiet, and wonderful staff.

We stayed for 7 days. Housekeeping only cleaned our room once, the other times we had to ask for towels and trash removal. The owners are very nice and helpful! We will be back again. Just hope the housekeeping situation is better our next visit.

Perfect location close to everything. Super clean and newly updated rooms. Definitely the best hotel of the vacation. No it’s not a resort. But superbly decorated and amazing location. Loved it and sent name to relatives who would also enjoy. Sharing with friends.

Favorite place to stay in the area. We have been coming here for almost 3 years now and every time is perfect. Rooms are extremely clean, and the facility is very quiet and peaceful. We frequent the National
Park for hiking and this place is about the closest you can get to it. 10/10 would recommend!!

We stayed 2 nights while riding the Tale of the Dragon and other fantastic motorcycle roads in the area. The location was perfect. Gas and food were close. Property was lovely and the pool was a welcome end after a long day in the saddle. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

Very clean and accommodating. The bathroom was a little tight, but manageable. Our room had a kitchenette that was stocked with dishes, soap, had a small fridge, stove top and microwave. The room looked like it was recently updated with a new bed, floor, and futon. Very comfortable. The only problem we came across was the cable on the TV didn't work, but I let them know on check out. We were so exhausted, that we didn't need the TV or else we would have brought the problem to their attention sooner. We definitely recommend and would stay again.

This is a great little motel. We will definitely be back. We had a balcony room with rocking chairs and it was so nice to sit outside and relax after traveling. The bed was good, pillows were a little flat but worked for the night. Rooms were very clean. Great little hidden gem.

The beds and pillows are so comfortable. We slept great every night. This was the third time we've stayed here in the past 3 years. It's our home away from home. We love the rocking chairs that are provided on the patio. It's so quiet

This is a great place to stay. It was incredibly clean. Very serene with a great mountain view. And none of the craziness of the Gatlinburg crowds. I have zero complaints and whenever I return I plan on staying here again.
