This was to be our 4th stay at this hotel and we were excited to visit again, however, it was a disaster! We arrived late in the evening, and when we checked in we found the room we were assigned to had the dirtiest carpet I have ever seen. I went back to the check in and requested another room. We were moved to a different room, which was equally as filthy. The carpet had a huge stain right next to the bed. The fridge hadn't been cleaned and the surfaces were dirty. All in all, the room was completely nasty. Not only that, the A/C was super loud. We requested yet another room, but they didn't have anything available, so we found another hotel. It was incredibly disappointing. In the past, it has been reasonably clean - not perfect, but okay. This time, it was disgusting and the fact that they were happy to put a guest in either of the rooms shocked me. They need better housekeeping and quality control! We were booked to return in December, but after this experience I switched to another hotel. The manager was supposed to call me and never did. Worst hotel experience we have had in a really long time!

Beautiful room, convenient to the venue at Fleor Field.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! The room was gorgeous and clean and very well maintained! Breakfast was incredible!

Breakfast food variety was good, however, the quality was way below standard. Sausage was dry and tasteless same for the potatoes. No syrup for the waffles.

Everything was good except the pillows were awful.

This property was in a great location. It was not a great experience. We were check in to our suite only to go up & find it had not been cleaned. We were given another suite with less amenities. The second room didnt have a working toilet ir working internet. The toilet was repaired but it was a little inconvenient when dressing for our son's wedding rehearsal and not be able to ise the toilet in a room that was over $240/night. We had to call a toll free line as the desk was unable to help. When we expressed our concerns at check out, the operations manager was rude and gave us $36 back for parking. That's hardly adequate. We've staued at Homewood Properties for years and never had such a mediocre experience. We expexted apleasanr experience for a omce in a lifetime event. Very disappointed
