Very pleasant check in and directions for parking. Safe parking area. East walk to Beale Street for drinks and great music.

No issues with cleanliness at all. But our sliding bathroom door would NOT stay closed without jamming my shower shoe in between the door and wall. Very annoying!

Downtown Memphis stay for one night. Staff was great. Room was clean except for the shower. Overall I would stay again. It’s next to the Peabody that has a great bar and couple nice restaurants.

Our first room had a broken air conditioner in room 612. Then we switched to 212 which was also a clean room accept the bathroom. Before we even used the bathroom there was hair everywhere and the handicapped shower would leak all the way to the toilet. The bathroom floor after 1 use would stay soaked and either you wear shoes when you use the bathroom or we kept using all the towels to soak up water to prevent us and the kids from tripping. The room was totally clean. Next time we will look at the bathroom before we accept the room.

The room was very nice and clean. The only thing we didn’t care for was the barn door in the bathroom. the door wouldn’t stay closed and would roll open.

A great staff and great dining. I was in Memphis attending a funeral. The staff was extremely sensitive to my presence and went out their way. Special kudos to Ashton and the whole bar crew, They prepared a great dinner and overall timely service.

The property is fairly new. It is very clean and well-kept. Every staff member was very friendly and accommodating. Parking was easy but a bit expensive for Memphis. Location: an easy (3 blocks) walk to Beale Street.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable. Homeless sleeping in sidewalk across the street.

Super nice staff. Hotel was really clean and up to date. Parking was very convenient (although a bit pricey) and we felt safe having our car parked there. The location of the hotel is very convenient to walk to Beale Street, The Peabody and surrounding restaurants.

The hotel was downtown Memphis. The diner located on the first floor had a dj. The dj's music was so loud that it was difficult to fall asleep. Additionally, since the hotel was located near the stadium, there were fireworks that went off in the night. The window were inadequate to block out the sound and made for a difficult night sleep prior to traveling the next day.

Nice place to stay. Close to Beale Street, could walk everywhere. Very clean and great staff. We were late to check out, but they let us have an extra hour! Very appreciative.
One negative- parking price. Kind of high. $36 per night is very high for an outdoor parking lot, to me at least. But other than that, we would stay here again.

This was one of the more poorly maintained properties we have stayed. Definitely not worthy of the Hilton brand. We never received our bill confirmation and found that are CC was overcharged.

The room and most everything about the hotel was nice. Our first night we were dining at the Greyhound, but couldn't sit outside or in the actual restaurant because the marijuana smoke was so strong. Then the next day we were swimming and a large light fell out of the side of the pool next to us. It had a large warning tag of electrocution on it, so we quickly jumped out of the pool. The staff was informed, but they seemed unconcerned and did not close the pool. They're was a lot of street/traffic noise. The best think was the beds were super comfy and the kitchen staff were superb!

Perfect place to stay with dogs and kids.safe, clean, comfy. The gentleman at the front desk was super sweet and kind with us and our son.

Something splattered on the ceiling. Something splattered on the bathroom’s sliding door. Shower floor is a mess. Shower handle is falling off. Gal at the front desk is going a video convo with friends and could care less.

Jarvis at the front desk was really helpful and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location. It was very nice. My only complaint was the parking situation. I wish they had a better procedure where they would keep a record of your license plate. We were given a tag to put on the dash and it fell off onto the floor board. I got a boot placed on the car and had to pay $50 to have it removed. No one cared i had the tag and paid at check in for parking.
