As soon as we got there we was greeted with poor service and spoken to extremely rude upon seeing the roon we was absolutely disgusted as there was dust/dirt on everything the window was cracked and could easily cut someone themselfs and the room also had a fire door to escape which my four year old daughter tried to exit through. All in all was a terible experience will not go back there again.

Excellent im coming back to Camarthan soon and i shall be staying there again the food in the restaurant is amazing i couldn't fault it...ps the prawn cocktail is Yummy....

The location was convenient and the hosts were very helpful and friendly.

The host was friendly helpful and I had an enjoyable stay. Welsh breakfast was delicious and of high quality. Bedroom is spacious and comfortable. It is a bit away from the castle but 10 mins walk from pubs and restaurants so it is quiet at night. Host was helpful in trying to get me a taxi for Sunday which was a bit of a chaos. If I pass by there that would be the place I stay.

Looking forward to my next visit….Phil and his crew are fantastic, the property has plenty of character and charm. The hotel is clean, the rooms are good size, to top it off had a great nights sleep… many thanks

The communal showers were not in a hygienic state and put us off using it. The staff were really friendly

We stayed for one night , bed was comfortable, bathroom is seperate however i used the bath which was emaculate, staff are very plesent and breakfast was lovely. Decor is oldy worldy and dark but still lovely and clean

Welcoming people, excellent food.

Very friendly and clean. A full cooked breakfast was included and as much tea/coffee as we liked. We had a nice view and it was an easy enough walk from the station except for 1 steep hill! They are well set up for social distancing. It's a little old fashioned but great value and very well kept.
