This place has one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever had the pleasure of enjoying, it’s centrally located and a quick hop and a jump to the acropolis, the agora, shopping, dining… etc! Friendly staff and excellent service :)

Modern hotel situated very close to Museo Guggenheim. Not very far from center, as well. Modern design, the room is spacious.

Everything was perfect until the fire alarm went on around 2am, the sriens are inside the rooms with the loudest sound any human being could've heard! I swear I almost had a brain attack, imagine yourself exhausted the while day and you have a flight early morning then this horrible alarm went on because of some idiot was having a shower with the door open!!!!! Or that's what I understood from the receptionist! They have to re-adjust those stupid sirens and make them within the human comfort conditions, this is a small hotel room not a war zone for God sake 😑

This hotel was easy to find from the tram and is right next store to the Guggenheim Museum. Great location where you can walk to dining and shopping. Staff were very friendly, and hotel was very clean and newly build.

Beautiful, new hotel right near Guggenheim museum

It was close to the Geggenheim. The ambience was "cold", more business-like than tourist friendly, particularly the bar and restaurant staff. My room was on the lower floor supposedly with a river view but it wasnt much of a view. The room was well appointed.

This is a nice hotel in a good area of Bilbao, just across the road (effectively) from the Guggenheim, and the old town about 15 minutes walk along the river in the other direction. Staff are friendly and helpful, particularly rhe receptionists. Our room was a good size, clean comfortable and nicely designed. The downstairs area with reception and the lobby is nice and airy and with a nice view that can be appreciated even more out on the outside terrace, where you can have drinks in the evening and breakfast when the weather is fair. There's a good selection at breakfast including some options for people with dietary options. One morning we came down when it was raining to be told the breakfast room was full (no outdoor seating) and to wait in the lobby (there were quite a few waiting). I thought we would end up missing breakfast as it didn't seem to be organised but to be fair the member of staff managing it remembered when everyone arrived and collected groups to go to breakfast when it was their turn. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would happily stay here again.

The property says it has parking but limited. When you get there they say you should have reserved. We were very surprised and asked why it wasn’t on the Expedia site to reserve and the staff wasn’t friendly about it. We loved the ambiance and restaurant view and food was excellent and the manager left us an apology note and a bottle of champagne. Overall thr hotel was nice but could be more welcoming to tourist and enhance the rooms a bit. Very clean though and next to the river and Guggenheim museum. Very walkable.

We liked the modern design, and attention to details in the public areas as well as the room. The staff were helpful too.

The hotel was in a great location, right next to the Guggenhiem Museum and easy walking to many places. The staff was very pleasant & helpful, good breakfast buffet at reasonable price. Also has convenient parking - actually you drive into an elevator with the car to go to the parking level. The room was very small but everything else made up for this.

I enjoyed my stay at the Vincci hotel immensely. My purpose of the trip was to visit Guggenheim Bilbao, so the hotel is super convenient, only a couple of minutes away. I can see the Museum from my hotel window, and enjoyed the day and night views of the great architecture. I like the style of the hotel, and its aesthetics indoor and outdoor, inside and outside, has truly enhanced the pleasure of staying in this hotel. The cleanness and friendly staff made the experience even more enjoyable. Had buffet and dinner, both were deliciously and well done!

We enjoyed the hotel even though it was for a night. Great location with amazing views. Just in front of the Guggenheim. Near a tram station too. Staff was friendly. The room was nice and big enough. The shower was vert comfortable. And the best black out curtains. Would definitely come back.

Disappointing. Last room so could not switch rooms as booked into accessible room. Key did not work and had to be reactivated, TV cable not connected, AC did not work, window frame needs repair, hard bed. Staff were helpful in fixing AC , TV. Good — large room, staff helpful.

On arrival the reception staff told us that the type of rooms we booked on 10th May were not available. It took a long time and the intervention of the hotel senior manager to resolve the matter.

Right next to Guggenheim on the river. Excellent location.
