I’ll give you one star just because of how nice the girl at the reception is and thanks to the location which is really nice in the center of the town. First there is not a single window in the room. The « bathroom » takes half of the space in the « room ». We were two and were barely capable of moving around the room is so small you can’t even stand next to each other and there was nothing to put our clothes and other stuffs in. Because there is no window, there is no air at ALL and it smells terrible. Very humid, we actually got sick and it was really hard to sleep. The air conditioner smells atrocious too. I don’t know how can it be possible and legal to not put windows in a room ?? So humid that there is mold in the bathroom. I wouldn’t recommand for a « long » trip, we stayed 6 days and were so happy to leave.

Given how tiny the rooms are I was surprised at how comfortable it was.

Great location and good value in the old town area.

The property is clean, very close to mini market, bakery, restaurants and transportation. It’s inside the Old town and easy to find your way. Manuela is very helpful and friendly.

It was an amazing stay. I had many difficulties and incidents that happened unfortunately not related to the place but Manuella helped me a lot. She is so helpful, kind and has empathy. I was lucky to reserved at this place. Thank you so much for your help, i really appreciate it. Definitely if i come back to corfu, will stay here.

The entire experience was great. The apartment is beautiful, and the location can’t be beat. It’s steps away from everything, but just far enough to avoid the noise. The kitchen is superbly outfitted so you won’t need to eat out every meal if you don’t want to. We are already trying to figure out when we can return to Corfu for another visit, and we will definitely stay here again

Brilliant location. Very clean and quiet. It is tiny - as shown in pics - with a bunkbed and small bathroom. No windows. But perfect for a comfortable sleep. There was free water in the fantastic shared kitchen. Coffee machine, microwave, fridge, kettle…lots of kichenware. Great TV setup with Netflix (you can log in) and YouTube etc. Only negative = no shower curtain so you’ll need a towel to dry the floor. I walked from the airport and it took about 30 mins. Close to everything. It was the cheapest non-room/bathroom-share hotel i found in the city so though I think it is pricey, it seems it’s good value compared to all others.

I'd say the best thing about this hotel is the central position as it was very easy and safe to get back to my room after spending a night out. Everything you might need is a short walk away, including a super market, a pharmacy and some of the best bars and restaurants. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and the shared areas were always in mint conditions during my stay.I was mostly in contact with Flori, who offered some great recommendations and always responded very quickly whenever I needed help with something.The only downside bout my stay is that it had to end!

I really enjoyed my three days at LOC Hospitality Annunziata in Corfu. The team were extremely hospitable and supportive while the national lockdown was declared during my stay. I loved the room and found the kitchen very functional. The only addition would have been to have international english-language channels available on the TV, to watch the US Election. Thanks again! I'd stay if I could come back to Corfu.
