Alesandro was excellent throughout our stay. The location is central and allows for many enjoyable walks around the town.

Very well located in centre of Vicenza. Comfortable room adequate breakfast staff helpful. Shower and lift excellent. Good value exceeding expectations.

Friendly staff, very clean, quiet

To be fair the hotel is undergoing renovations. The new bathrooms are beautiful but the room is very small with a double bed in it. Not much room for a suitcase. It took me 3 tries with two different key cards to get the lights to come on. No outlets by the bed for charging. The built in lights by the bed were way too bright and the switch by the bed turned them off and the overhead light back on so not of much use. The breakfast was very nice assortment of foods. I enjoyed it. Overall a nice place to stay.

Great location, basic room. No staff on duty after 10pm front door not finished with easy access to anyone. Tatty reception, had to ask for toilet roll repeatedly. Hit and miss with selection at breakfast.

Poor cleaning and worst housekeeping( ) very limited front desk service, but friendly staff ( ) basic furniture( ) ongoing renovation works( )bad breakfast= the price to pay for an unnecessary good location since downtown Vicenza is very small.

The hotel was centrally located and close to everything. Easily walkable. Clean hotel. The breakfast was good and had various selections. The front desk personnel are not always there, though.

The worst 4 star hotel I have ever been Reception only available at certain time Rooms Delux so small we could not even fit in a suitcase not good for a couple Smelly bathroom Wall dirty and the spa does not exist as “under renovation” for 300 € per night it’s not worth it at all last not least we came down the lift with rubbish bags Reduce it to max 3 stars as you don’t deserve it Sorry but it was really horrible and wish I could have gone after the arrival and not obliged to stay 3 nights

Good breakfast. Fresh linen and very accommodating front desk. Parking is off site and a 10 minute walk.

You can see what this hotel aspires to be but it did not fulfil they “hype”. Air con didn’t work well in the room. The luxury shower was a typical hotel shower. Breakfast was rather poor and overall the place needs to be improved to match the description and be called a spa hotel.

What I cannot understand is why they advertise themselves as a spa and wellness hotel; they have no pool, massage or beautician services and the so-called “private spa” style s a small top floor apartment with a sauna, a color shower and put on a small terrace, a jacuzzi. We booked 90 minutes at EUR 29, but the sauna stopped working after 5 minutes, and the jacuzzi wasn’t clean. We tried contacting someone from the reception but as there was no answer, we simply left. We asked for a refund the next day and was told we had to write an email for the “manager to decide”. Not surprisingly, we have not heard a word until today and no refund has been received. It was a very disappointing end to an otherwise nice stay in a lovely city.

Location, Location, Location. Center of charming town - Walking distance from RR station Room was clean, not very spacious but functional with comfortable bed.

We loved it. Highly recommended.

Perfectly clean everyday

Location is great! Rooms are clean and a nice size for 2 adults. Only had a minor issue. Housekeeping took our 2nd blankets and bath towels during the daily service. Prior to departing for the day we asked to ensure they are replaced however, upon return they were not there. Unfortunately the staff was gone for the night so, we did not have the 2nd blanket nor fresh bath towels.

This hotel is luxury. I rarely slept in such a nice place

Very clean room, very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Spa room was amazing everything about this place was great would highly recommend and I can’t wait to stay here again. It’s also in the heart of downtown.

Overall was a pleasant experience. Hotel rooms air is central. I would have to crack the window whenever inside the room or it would get hot.

Lovely hotel but be warned the parking is not near the hotel - if you drive to the adress on the sat nav like i did you will receive a €50 fine from the police because of the camera system and it being pedestrianised
