I stayed here while my mom was in the Hospital. It was an easy 12 minute drive to Memorial Medical center and the area felt very safe and quiet. The staff was super nice and helpful when I needed to extend my stay an extra night and were able to keep me in the same room. I would definitely stay again.

This initially seemed like a downside, but it was partially offset by the inclusion of a kitchen, which added a convenient and homely touch to our accommodation. A significant plus of this hotel is its pet-friendly policy. It was a relief to know that our furry family member was welcome, which greatly enhanced our overall experience. In summary, this hotel strikes a fine balance between quality offerings and areas for improvement, making it a solid choice for travelers who value good amenities and a pet-friendly environment.

We liked that the room had a full fridge and cooking/cleaning appliances. We did not like that when we wanted to stay longer, it was not an option and the staff did not attempt to direct us toward another local Marriott option or help us in any way. Seemed like they were glad we were leaving.

What a nightmare. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I drove my Uhaul truck and spent the night here but there was not enough parking on-site so the hotel staff told me to park on the street. I asked, again and again, to make sure if it's safe to do so and they said yes. The next morning I found out someone drilled a hole in my gas tank. I was devastated and called the hotel to complain but they ignored and this one employee "Dan" even hung up on me when I wanted to talk to the manager. I was reasonable when I asked for the manager because he said only the manager has authority to do something about it.

Amazing!!

This is the best hotel in Modesto. I travel frequently for work and stay here whenever I can. All rooms have a small kitchen (stove, full size fridge, and kitchen sink), dining area, and couch. They are comfortable for extended stays and close to 99. Front desk staff is always wonderful, and the whole place is squeaky clean. Well worth the extra money!

Just new nice beautiful big spacious rooms and bathrooms with nice kitchenette close to lots of places in Modesto

It was a great place to just relax and not have to worry about anything. It was our perfect little weekend getaway
