Breakfast was limit selection not worth eating there ., room air conditioner leaked drip drop all night

Food was horrible, you get only two or three choices of eggs, beans are nasty and drinks are made with the worst liquor. If you want better food just go out. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel

We stayed at this hotel for the weekend and didn't like when we went to eat "free" breakfast that was offered with our stayed, most of the food was gone, and people were still coming in to eat breakfast with very little food left. I mentioned to waiter and he said he didnt know if the cook was going to make anymore, since the cook was very busy. Not satisfied with the reply. I do want to say the front desk clerk called me late at night to check up on me since I was having a medical issue and offered his assistance if I needed anything. 😊

My room had hair on all the bedding. Hair on the toilet and the shower. Mold all over the shower. I would not recommend this place

This was the second time we've stayed here and we came back in expectation of the first stay. We were disappointed. Our room this time was smaller and older. Our ac unit was not blowing cold from the moment we checked in to the evening and it finally started working after the engineer came and worked on it a few times. We couldn't get any fresh air because the only window we had was broken and would not open which the engineer was not able to do anything about. The bathroom was very old, small and the shower was flooding into the toilet area which was messy. We hope to try again sometime in the future for a better experience.

Service was horrible I asked for extra pillows. They told me they don’t have any extras. I was never told that before.

Besides that the property wasn’t a clean hotel at all, they retain me $50.00 with my visa credit card, it’s been 6 day since and still don’t have a refund

Great service, everything is walking distance, and clean.

I like the office and parking staff, room was clean beds were comfortable. The only thing was the bar I was over charged for drinks

Establishment is very clean and staff was really polite and professional.

Horrible experience I have never been to a hotel where fronts desk is so bad guys were rude to us didn’t wanna give us our room that we had paid for never coming back

Overpriced, but I’ll be back. You can walk to the beach and good dining. Staff is very nice. Parking is a little crazy, but the staff will find you a spot. The pool area is nice, but jacuzzi did not put out hot water(so cold). The bar sells food late (burger was good)

Convenient, clean room.

I have two complaints. Number one and very important!!! We stayed on the first level. The restroom did not have a window so there's no way of circulating any air. So the walls and the roof of the restroom was infested with black mold and it was clearly covered up with fresh paint. They dont clean the shower rods. So u can see the mold when you stand in the shower as u look up. The cracks in between the shower and the floor and the roof had mold. As soon as you walk in the room and you look up at the ceiling you can see the black mold coming through the white ceiling paint. It smells musty inside the room. The second thing I will complain about is the food options with the included breakfast. The 3 mornings we were there.They had the exact same thing for breakfast. Eggs, beans, potatoes with fruit and yogurt. I travel a lot and i've stayed at a lot of hotels and most of the time it's a different variety every day. It would be great if they would have different variety of food. Other than that I have no other complaints, the staff was very friendly. The outside of the facility was well maintained and clean. 24/7 security on the premises. Shout out to the younger gentleman with glasses in the restaurant side where they serve the included breakfast. I didn't Get his name but he was very accommodating to our needs and very friendly and professional about it.

The only downside is that the pool closes to early. That was a disappointment.

Very noisy in the evening and morning with kids. A very good breakfast.

All they need to put is a little refrigerator with the microwave

Staff is very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like about our room is it had only two outlets and they were next to the restroom. No outlets near our beds. We walked to and from the area by Papas & Beer so that was convenient. We got free breakfast which was good. I’d stay here again.

I liked that they were flexible with getting me and my party rooms together on the same floor, very satisfied with that!

Great experience, rooms can use some updating but worth the stay!

1 star because there was mold all over the bathroom. Mold seeping through the tile, mold all over the shower curtain, mold on the bathroom doorframe, mold on the ceiling that I'm sure was painted over, bathroom smelled like mold and mildew, no shower ventilation

Well I liked the room, AC worked good, they had closed in parking around the back of hotel. the 2 items I did not like was that the clean sheets and blankets had hairs. Also the hot water was not really hot, room temp at best.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s close to local shopping and dining! The restaurant Once Once has delicious food also and is located at the hotel. I will definitely stay there again.
