No top safety latch on door. Did not feel safe knowing others could access room card to enter. No continental breakfast as advertised. Only provided a bottle of water. Room was very clean, well equipped with safe, microwave and frig

My stay was so peaceful and comfortable.the staff and house keeping are super nice ,I couldn’t ask for more ,i highly recommend this to friends and family ,I will definitely come back to stay in this hotel..i will drive one hour from jacksonville fl just to be in this hotel….my experience was peaceful,cleanest was amazing….I felt at home …..

The hotel is almost done remodeling so it is very clean and nice my only problem was a saw a few roaches but l called the front offices and they came right away and sprayed. Great and friendly staff very attentive and proactive And it's no way you can beat the price for what you get.

Checked in at 6.30pm , checked out at 7.30pm same day .terrible rooms, flush not working , another room no water . Unhygeinic condition. Didn't feel safe there either. Drink machine had a cage around it. Explained to guy at check in that we only came to get quick sleep n had no more energy to keep changing rooms or wait for maintenance to fix. He was arrogant n rude n unhelpful. I asked for the lady who was on duty . She was extremely nice and understanding. Only person who understood customer service. Guys be careful before booking this place. I never write reviews but , I think it's my duty to warn all.

They were outside of my room I'm assuming on the sidewalk until 3 am partying, talking loud etc. My tv remote did not work. The maintenance man came and brought me a new one. I still couldn't get it to change channels so gave up and used my laptop to watch tv. The bed was comfortable and the room ok. The area is a depressed area.

I’m a travel nurse who stays at this property one to two times per week. The front desk staff is always friendly and accommodating, and my requested room is cleaned to my satisfaction. I would recommend this property for a quick short stay in the Brunswick area!

Very clean and comfortable! The first room the ac didn't work but the staff was nice to put me in another room! Close by restaurants too!

The riim was pretty but the aheets were not clean there was sand in our sheets cigarette burns in our covers a burn on out night stand. There waa an ironing board but no iron. The safe didnt shut qhich means it didnt lock

The staff is great, the rooms, not so great, however the bed was pretty comfortable and the bedding was nice. The place is just very old and worn. They do the best they can with it and you can tell the place is clean. If you are expecting a kitchenette, don't. There is a full size refrigerator and a nice microwave but no kitchen. I expected more from a place calling itself extended stay. The wifi was pretty good but the tv in my room did not work and there was no back on the remote. I was only there for one night so I didn't complain to figure out the tv. I told them at check out so I expect they will deal with it. Overall, the place was not bad, just very old and shabby but clean and more or less comfortable.

They're trying. The room was clean & comfortable for the most part. We needed and asked for a handicap accessible room with 2 beds. We did not get that. Biggest disappointment.

i didnt have a room they call me on the day i was to check in a cancel my room a said they had anther motel but it was low rated .spoiled my trip with me an my women had drive home.
