Nice little place. Not quiet a Hotel, more a Motel. Price is a little to high regarding other places and what you get for the money. Very friendly staff. No problem there. Might be a problem that you need to call in advance before arriving, special outside 16-19.

I had a wonderful time. The proprietors were a delight.

Staff was friendly and helpful with our late check in. The property is definitely older but has charm. Didn’t witness any paranormal activity and we were in the room that was meant to have the best chance.

Bed was hard and the only thing that sucked

Great location with nice private courtyard to hang out in. Bed was comfortable. Easy in and out access. Not noisy at all despite it being Jazz Fest weekend and being in the Quarter.

Always time staying there as usual. And pet friendly so got to bring our dog along with us for our stay.

The shower was dirty and leaky. The towels were also dirty. The staircase was dangerous.

This is a gem nestled in the French Quarter, both Catherine's are super sweet and hardworking, our room was perfect and squeaky clean. We loved staying in the part that's 300 years old. We will definitely be back !!

It started out okay. We then moved to a new room and just loved it! The staff is so warm and welcoming. The stories of the hotel are fun. Totally would stay here again.

The Haunter Hotel is amazing. It’s very clean, the decor is great, and the ghosts aren’t that disruptive. If you want a great, quiet place in the middle of everything, this is the place for you. The staff is wonderful and will make sure your stay is memorable.

The staff went above and beyond for us, whatever we needed they were right on it. Very cool historic building to stay in. Would definitely rebook.

Loved my big room with french doors to balcony, over looking courtyard

This was a great hotel. We stayed over Mardi gras and were able to step outside and enjoy the loud party and then come back for a nice tranquil respite in the garden. This is a small boutique hotel and the rooms are in historic building, which is great. The walls are thick and we never heard anything. Best sleep I've had at a hotel in as long as I can remember--which is pretty amazing since it was during Mardi Gras. I was not expecting that. Cristina (I believe) at the front was extremely helpful.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Haunted Hotel! It was quiet, clean and the refurbished rooms were well-equipped. We loved the spooky decor, and thankfully had no ghostly visitors in the night! It's just a block or two from some of the coolest spots in the Quarter, including restaurants, bars and some great shops, as well as an easy walk down to the river. After such a lovely experience with the hotel and its staff, I don't think we'll ever stay anywhere else in NOLA!

The Christine’s were amazing, room and property were perfect, close to EVERYTHING!!! We even found free street parking within 1/2 block. Highly recommend if you’re looking to explore the French quarter any time of year, for any event! The inside stairs will wear on you a little if you forget as much stuff as I did though.

Fun hotel with a great location. Basic but clean. The proprietors were very friendly and helpful. If you scare easy or have kids, you may want to consider a different place. They definitely go all out on the haunted motif, complete with bloody handprints on walls, scary wall murals, and bed sheets printed to look blood stained! We thought it was funny.
