Amazing place! Free yoga twice a day (8am and 4pm) with the fabulous instructor, Manda. Breakfasts had great variety, coffee, and pastries. Pool was clean and enjoyable. We didn’t have a lagoon room that opens directly onto the pool, which was fine (although if you can afford those rooms, they look great). The staff and service was impeccable. Only suggestion for improvement would be to improve the eco-friendly aspects, like refillable drinking water options, less packaging on bathroom products, etc.

Very quiet resort but a great one! The staff were extremely friendly and took note to remember your name. The breakfast buffet was nice too, solid coffee as well. Very clean hotel and the only 'flaw' would be that it's too quiet haha. Other than that, no complaints and I would definitely stay there again recommend it to others.

Kanvaz was a surprise for us , booked online w Expedia , not familiar w the Hotel ,. But found out it is an excellent Hotel , you feel wonderful an unforgetable stay ...Front desk Stuff , breakfast stuff every one went all the way out to serve you ... an 5 yrs old hotel but maintenance up keep very thorough also in cleanliness .. oh breakfast variety was very very nice.....

I've stayed in many places around Indonesia and this was one of the best, given that it is in the midst of tourist-centre Seminyak. The hotel is spotless and quite quiet, despite the pandemonium of the streets. But the highlight is the wonderful friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to accommodate eccentric breakfast hours, borrowed and then forgotten umbrella, and a 2 second checkout at the end.

Lovely clean property in the heart of Seminyak just a 10 minute walk to the beautiful public beaches. All staff very friendly and helpful always going the extra mile. The hotel room was clean and well appointed- I would strongly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone

Stayed 6 nights in a lagoon room and really enjoyed our accommodation. Fabulous service from all staff and great pool & breakfast too. Would definitely stay again.

Kanvaz was great, one of the rare hotels that lived up to most if not all its billing. Especially the staff service, we felt ALL staff displayed eagerness and genuinity in welcoming and caring for guests. The property was also well maintained. Special shout-out to Winda who helped us so thoroughly with our check-in, and throughout the stay whenever she saw us she would greet and chat with us (even remembering our names). Her energy and service was impeccable - one of the best we have encountered from so many hotels. Also kudos to Arcana who drove us to and from Ubud and was so patient throughout with our several requests. The spa/wellness crew were also fantastic - particularly Eny, Ani and Yuni who were kind and friendly. Not to forget, breakfast crew was also tip top. Overall, this place really pampered us with a wonderful experience. A five-star recommendation!

We have had a lot of fan / engine noise the last nigh we slept there. We called the reception at three o’clock at night. Took a very very long time for someone to answer the phone. Then nothing change. No feedback what had been done or where the noise came from. This could be better.

Probably one of the best places for a hotel I’ve stayed in . Staff so friendly and service was excellent Lagoon pool rooms are beautiful and fantastic prices for room rates

Wonderful staff. I loved our room. Great breakfast

Check in was smooth. Room is nice and clean. Aircon is cold and water is hot enough. The pool is the best part of the hotel. Breakfast is good with a wide variety of selections. We tried massage and facial. Massage is excellent and facial can skip.
