Good apartment .. only issue was TV is bedroom didn’t not work, air conditioning not cold and shower was either VERY hot or cold. But assume these will be sorted and will be back as the room presents good value for money in excellent location.

Spotlessly clean. Great facilities in the rooms. If we’d have stayed longer then I’m sure the kitchen area would have been a great addition.
We loved how quiet the rooms were, never heard so much a a door banging or anything. Really comfortable beds too.

As regular Liverpool visitors, this was out first time staying at Quest. It was perfect for us, clean & coykdnt get a better location. Best of all are the staff who are super friendly & go out of their way to be helpful. We'll be back!

We had a surprise when we saw our accommodation. Larger than we thought and very comfortable. All the staff were excellent and helpful. Coming back next year. Couldn't have got a better location.

Condition and location of the property was fine, but there were a few areas that made the stay particularly rough. The shower was scolding hot, impossible to even stand under. The beds and pillows were way too firm. Then the noise from the street was loud even with every window closed.

The room was clean and pretty comfortable. I had to work on a few days and the space available was the perfect height for my laptop.
The only issue we had was with the bathroom. The was no window which meant we couldn't air it out - the extractor fan was either not running or insufficient. The shower head was a bit broken so the water flow wasn't great however the rainfall head worked fine and made up for it.

Shower taps were not working properly leading to twi choices. Scalding hot or hot. Someone came to fix, but it was incomplete. Maybe the shower is just broken or poorly designed.

Perfect location in the heart of Liverpool, close to almost everything by foot. Incredibly friendly staff and great accommodations for one or two people in the room.
Only thing we did not like was the parking situation - private run lots in the city that were expensive or a bit far with luggage. Side note - Mount Pleasant lot was cheapest in the city and close enough nearby.

Comfortable stay, room facilities good, although had problems with no instructions to operate the microwave. Unfortunately, the apartments have outside noise problems in the early hours, heard bagpipes at 4am, but that is outside the control of the apartments. Staff pleasant and friendly. Close proximity to Lime Street and Liverpool Central rail stations.

I liked the convenience of the location. It was a bank holiday weekend and it was rather busy in the area and there were many people. The aparthotel was fantastic! Everything was very thought out, beds were comfortable and very clean room. The staff were very nice and helpful. I had reseved many months ago my 4 night stay. My entire 53 day UK trip was planned out 6 months ago and this place was prefect for our 4 night stay, in that we had somewhere that we could use a kitchen and to use a laundry.

Property is clean anoth and in a great location around shops bars etc, room looks fine my only problem was the bed me and my partner found it very uncomfortable and the pillows I put on floor giving me pain in my head using them, perfect hotel if it was for the bed and pillows, recommend you to bring your own pillow , won't be attending again due to bed and bedding uncomfortable 👍

A special thanks to the staff, who were courteous and efficient on check in, and also allowed me to store bags for several hours on checkout while i explored Liverpool.
Place is right in the center of Liverpool, about 100 meters away from Liverpool One and Liverpool Central station, as well as a 10 minute walk to the docks and Cavern Quarter.
Room itself was great, clean, decent size with cooking facilities, a fridge and a dining table. Would definitely stay again when in Liverpool

I stayed in a studio apartment, it was nice and modern, having a kitchen was really useful for making my own meals.
The room was also very quiet.
Overall Quest is in an excellent location as it is near to the shops and restaurants, I really enjoyed my stay.

If the staff ask you if you want a walk in shower that is a more spacious room, know that this is a room for wheel chair access. The bathroom sink is so low even for me for 5’2”(needless to say my 6’8” husband) and the sink is super small. The shower is the bathroom floor, much like a camper with no raised floor to keep the water from flowing on bathroom floor. Other than the room was okay, nothing special. Good service for cleaning and did have washers and dryers. Don’t fall for the extra big room unless you want the short, small bathroom sink
