I could not fault this wonderful hotel in Siliguri! So pleased to have stayed there. Enjoyed the buffet dinner and a nice swim in the outdoor pool as well.

Nice property in the city. The staff are courteous and helpful. The dining area staff are excellent and so is the food with a lot of varieties. Great chef. The property is well maintained but the pool area should have more light. The area the hotel need to improve is concierge service. I asked for an SUV for next day and they said they had two vehicle contracted both are booked. Beyond these, they cannot do anything. They cannot even get a taxi. They asked me to book via Ola and Uber. This is bad experience and we do expect that hotel will arrange for transportation as may be needed by clients.

A very newly established hotel in Mallaguri, Siliguri. Being a frequent guest at the Marriot chain of hotels around the world, it didn’t come to me by surprise the the quality of the standard provided the Courtyard. The rooms were very clean and the amenities provides very of good quality. Having had lunch at the Marriot in Agra a few days prior, the lunch buffet at the Courtyard was of top class as well with a very wide variety of options to choose from at a very reasonable price. A big mention to the front desk staff for their excellent service, hospitality and meeting all the customer needs.I was in India travelling for two weeks (Delhi, Agra and Darjeeling) and spent one night here to end my trip and it was worth it. If I come back in the future, this hotel would be my next favourite property near Darjeeling.
