Do not stay here!. Worse experience of all time!. I normally do not write reviews but this one was a must!. First of all they messed up my reservations despite showing them my itinerary and as soon as we finally got to our room.. there were cockroaches everywhere, the floor was dirty the cabinet was missing a drawer and the tub and toilet did not look clean.. we walked right back out and didn’t even stay.. I returned the keys the next day, didn’t even ask for a refund and all I asked for was a check out confirmation which I was refused, I asked for the manager after I was repeatedly told they dont do print out confirmations, I asked to speak to the hotel manager and she was easily able to just print it out but only to find that they charged me twice for 2 rms for what they are calling late check out fee when I was in fact checking out (early). I assume this is why they wouldn’t give me a print out in the first place.. the police was called and I had to make a report of the incident.. Now tell me why they think they have the right to charge me for checking out early and calling it a late check out fee!. If I could I would rate this hotel a 0. I’ve never been so disappointed in a hotel ever!. This is beyond injustice!

Poor response from Hotel staff

The manager Katy was amazing. Very nice and understanding. She was also very welcoming.

I as a hdcp person with crutches, had a very, very hard time trying to walk on the floor in the room. It was VERY slippery.

My team arrived to stay and were turned away. One room was able to check-in the other was not, causing roughly $1,000 more in travel expenses. They were not helpful in finding us a new location to stay. They simply oversold rooms during one of the town's biggest music festivals causing us to scramble after days of travel. Unprofessional staff, terrible hospitality, would not recommend this place as no reservation is a guarantee with them!

The pictures do not do the place justice. The floors were greasy, there was soap scum covering the bathroom fixtures. The shower was spongy feeling, like you could fall through. The keyless entry cards didn’t work the second night. The lobby was dark on entering.

We reserved a room with two beds for three of us in my family. When we arrived, we were told that they had a room for us with only one bed. As Jerry Seinfeld says, they know how to take the reservation, they just don't know how to hold the reservation; and that's really the most important part of the reservation.

Bugs were all over. We went in and turned right back out
