Was a great property.

Very tired property, in need of a renovation. Mid-matched furniture in the bedroom. No air-conditioning and had a room overlooking a dumpster.

Great location, close to a lot. Nice room and good breakfast. Parking was limited. I think I grabbed the last spot when I arrived.

Great stay. Everything was perfect.

Was put into an accessible room when not needed. Backed onto the lift and sounded like a constant hoover going off and on late into the night and early morning. Spike to someone in the morning and they didn't really care. Wouldn't use again I'm afraid

Mold in the bath, toilet would not flush propely, and the window was broken. no manager on duty to help with that.

Room overlooked dumpster. We were told we were given a random upgrade to room, however, the tv was off the wall and sitting on our desk space.

The bathroom sink does not drain. Asked the front desk to fix it. It was not fixed.

Not sure how this property has a rating in the 4’s. We had a three pax staying Aug 8-9 2024 and found the hotel very ‘tired’ and in desperate need of a renovation/refresh. Carpet in hallways and room as dingy, buckling, and in need of replacement IMO. Bathroom was missing caulk in places and mildew/mildew stains were prevalent. Was charged way too much for this experience but it was the only option when we booked two weeks out. Occupancy seemed full so Ownership must be making handsome returns and reinvesting very little in the property. The staff was friendly and think this property has a lot of potential if renovated. About a half mile from town - which wasn’t bad.

Shower is a death trap. property is a 15 minute walk or 11 euro cab ride into town food was reasonable and excellent in pub service was great.

Inside the hotel was fine and the rooms were clean. The big problem was parking - not close to enough. Customers actually had to park at the gas station next store because their own lot was small and disorganized. It wouldn't be so bad except the restaurants near the hotel are rated "Meh". All the good restaurants were 1/2 mile away so you couldn't keep your parking space if you wanted to eat. At the very least, the hotel should paint lines in their parking lot to use what they have wisely instead of having people park willy-nilly.

Walkable to Killarney Riding Stables, which is why I chose this location. Nice comfortable hotel!

The property is in a major city, but the weight staff in the bar were willfully overworked. Reception was a little slow and getting to me. But the room itself was awesome and it was one of the few places were actually got washcloths in Europe.

The only thing we didnt like was room was very warm. Then on last morning our friends told there was a fan in the cupboard so our bad.

The room was outdated with 80s carpeting, decor could use a little freshening up, thank goodness a fan was provided as it was very hot. The bathroom door did not lock but good water pressure. The front desk staff were friendly, and quite helpful. Good location, many stores in the vicinity to buy snacks, groceries, coffee, etc. Walking distance to main street.

15 min walk to the town. Friendly staff. Good bed, bigger than many other hotels provide. It was very expensive (€165 for one night).

Good hotel, nice rooms, easy access to many things. Parking can be tough since they have a very nice pub as well

The Killarney Court hotel had great food, a wonderful spa experience and was clean and perfect for our needs as we road-tripped through western Ireland.

HOtel staff was excellent.

For what I paid (700.00) for 2 nights, the hotel was a complete disappointment. I think it was misrepresented on website. There is hardly any parking, the tv and our heater did not work in the room. I loved the staff and the restaurant, but everything was way overpriced for the stay. Absolutely disappointing, and I do not recommend.
