Great little place. I would love to stay there in season when the island is open all the way.

Limited parking could be a problem for some guests, but so many restsurants are within walking distance that use of a vehicle isn't mandatory. Plus, the facility has many golf carts available for rental.

Denny and Linda were awesome! Make sure to rent your cart from them, it was the best price on the island!

The room was clean and the staff was nice! The walls are thin, which is to be expected given that the island is a party spot, but I didn’t have trouble sleeping. We did have to strip the beds and take out the trash, which was a weird ask from a $300+/night hotel, but otherwise everything was very chill. The location is perfect, we didn’t need a golf cart except for the family fun cave.

Rented the Lodge room. It was very small. Basically a small bedroom with a bathroom. But overall it was clean and well kept. Was expecting a 40 inch tv but was surprised with a small tiny tv hanging in the corner. Wouldn’t be a big deal any other time except football was on and no bars around we’re playing the game I wanted to watch. Also it isn’t advertised that they rent golf carts through them so we ended up spending a lot more through a different company. But again we had a great overall stay at Harriet’s house. The staff was very nice. Very close to the action and we would stay here again.

Great location, just off the main dining/party street and directly next to a brewery and two very different out door bar. Staff was nice and I also rented a golf cart directly from them.

Basement room was comfortable but not scenic. Needed better air circulation before our arrival. Office not available as needed, convenient location to amenities,
parking nearby, quiet room.

Check in went smooth. Owners are very nice. They even held our bags after Check out until we left the island.

Tiffany was so accommodating and let us check in early since our room had already been cleaned. We were grateful for the on-site parking.

This is a very relaxing environment. No noise and a comfortable patio and room. Liked the management, they were very accommodating. This is my new home on the island.

Loved the location. It was close to everything but far enough off the main street (about one block) to be quiet. The room was small and our "bungalow" was basically in the basement with a window to the walkway. I definitely would stay there again but request a first floor room. Staff were very nice.

The staff was very friendly for the duration of our stay. The bungalow we rented was clean and cozy. We liked the location off the main strip but within walking distance to shops and dining. 5 out of 5 would recommend.

Bathroom fan operating but ineffective. No chair in room. Otherwise everything was great!

They were located within walking distance of the main strip. The area was clean and felt safe. The room and bathroom were very small with limited space to set toiletries and clothing. I was surprised that they did not straighten to room or replenish coffee or towels but the initial towels were nice.

The hotel was clean The people were nice. There was a power outage, and initially there were no lights on the outside of the rooms. But on the inside of the room there was an exit sign that lit up the whole bedroom all night long it made it very hard to sleep. It was a lower room,

This was just a quick overnight trip to Put-in-Bay and we really didn't want to spend a lot of money on lodging. No one was at the office to check in so we called the phone number and someone quickly came and checked us in. Room was very small, but we had our own bathroom and privacy. There was an exit sign in the room that was very bright that we didn't care for. We did get our golf cart from them for $55 versus the $100 at the ferry. We took a shuttle from the ferry to the house for a $5 per person tip.

We did not spend much time in our rooms, but they were nicer than expected, being a Basement Bungalow (window helps). It is super close to the city center area, so you can just walk to many places. They have golf carts to rent for the day for reasonable prices compared to rental places.
The hotel description mentions 5 pools, but none of them are located on the premises. All pools on the island are public, so you have to walk to another place (not too far) if you want to swim in a pool.
