The room lists two breakfasts included in your stay, but be advised that that is only for children and with a purchase of an adult buffet. Kids meals are free at the restaurant on site with the purchase of an adult meal. That was a nice surprise. Overall, it is a great hotel. Super clean, quiet, and well-maintained.

Super friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room with an excellent layout. We loved the “mudroom” at the entrance! And the huge standup shower! The breakfast was also great and we enjoyed chatting with our server. Will definitely stay here again.

After reading many other hotel reviews for Toledo with indications of bed-bugs, we chose this hotel. We found the hotel to be clean and fresh, with obvious attention to detail. It's a newer hotel with good management. I think that the pool needed some maintenance (it was frigid, murky and full of sand on the bottom) but otherwise the experience was great. We'll stay at this location in the future.

Great hotel in excellent location. Room and property were very clean and the bed/pillows/sheets were the most comfortable I've slept on in any hotel. Would definitely stay here again

Everything was beautiful and looked very clean. The beds were so comfortable.
It was great until a brown liquid started coming out of the shower fan onto my husband. It continued to come out the rest of the night making a mess all over the toilet.

The staff is friendly and the restaurant in the hotel are so convenient! Hotel is clean and very nice. Also, the Kroger’s food store across the street has everything even a Starbucks in it! Wonderful stay in Perrysburg, Ohio at Holiday Inn!

Everything was great! 24/7 front desk. Very clean and modern. Super fast WiFi. The one negative was a super loud and unexplained alarm that went off in our rooms and hallways around 5am. Fire alarm? There was no smoke and we went back to sleep.

After calling the property to ask questions I was put on hold for over 10 minutes ~ I was taken off hold and I could hear the staff having a conversation. When we arrived at the hotel the front counter staff were busy colouring on pages. Not what you would expect
