Amazing hotel. Would give it 6 stars if possible. Fantastic friendly staff, great breakfast but most amazing is the indoor rooftop pool. So relaxing and a bar in the evening so you can have cocktails whilst relaxing in the pool. Central location with an easy walk or the metro to the sights.

This was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Impeccably clean, amazing hospitality, great views, delicious breakfast, and central for all we wanted to do in Budapest. The only complaint we have is that we had to leave!

Really lovely hotel central in Pest.
Gabor welcomed us warmly, gave us something to drink and provided all information.
The swimming pool on the top level is wonderful, has a little bar with very service minded staff and an outdoor patio wit good views!

Amazing hotel! Super friendly and helpful staff. Nothing seemed to be an issue; we wanted to single duvets and they brought them to us within 5 minutes and during breakfast they offered to make an additional dessert when it turned out both options had my food allergy.
The pool is big with perfect temperature, a bubble bath and clean modern design. The sleek design and cleanliness also applies to the hotel room, the reception, dining area and hallways.
It was a quiet hotel, in a quiet area, but walking distance to everything! (15-40min distances). Away from the major touristy areas and plenty of restaurants and cafes around.
The breakfast was fresh, delicious and had plenty of options. The basics stayed the same, but desserts and hot dishes changed everyday.
Super happy, it was much better than expected. Would stay again!

Great hotel to stay in. Staff made us feel really welcome, always friendly. The pool and bar was just like described from the pictures and a great view from the bar rooftop. Room was a good size and the free breakfast was delicious and so much choice including hot food and sparkling wine. Would totally recommend and would book to come back again to.

Lovely property. After walking round Budapest all day it was lovely to come back and get in the pool and have a cocktail. The breakfast was really nice, the donuts are gorgeous.

The staff were courteous and welcoming from the moment we stepped in the hotel. The breakfast buffet was superb. (My wife loved the bacon) The top floor pool and bar provided a unique ambience with a beautiful view of the city skyline. St Stephen’s basilica was lit up at night and was clearly visible from the rooftop bar. We would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Budapest.

The Junior Suite has a lovely design and layout, with two balconies, so you can always choose to sit in the sun or the shade throughout the day. The rooftop pool is a great place to cool down and hang out, with a view of the city. Unfortunately the air conditioning in the room was virtually useless, as it could not cope with the high outside temperatures; staff were lovely and helpful, and gave me a standing fan, which made things manageable. This was my third stay, and the first time I had an issue with the AC; also, staff assured me that they were in the process of upgrading the units, so this shouldn’t happen again.

Really nice clean hotel. Rooms are very spacious and modern and well maintained. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast has plenty of choice. Location is great for walking distances to public transport and places of interest. Would highly recommend and would book again.

The hotel is beautiful and breakfast is great. Lovely relaxing at the roof top pool. Only reason I didn't give this property a 5 is because our room was meant to be a queen sized bed but was just 2 single beds pushed together and wasn't very comfortable.

I moved to this hotel for the pool - and wow was it incredible! Such a gorgeous design, with overflowing water of a perfect temperature. Plenty of great options for seating and lounging. My room was really cool, felt like I was in Costa Rica with the leaves painted on the walls. I didn't get to stay here long enough! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with lots of options. I would definitely go back! As a solo traveler this was more fun as I met other young people up for a chat.

First stay of our trip. I loved the Cortile! The best part was being Adults only. I loved the style. It was so unique. The breakfasts were incredible (the best of our entire Central/Eastern European trip). The room was enormous. The location was convenient, and secure parking was right down the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the rooftop bar and the pool was so nice after a long day of walking.

* fridge was not good, barely cooled anything. Took at least 24 hours for things to get a chill
* We have a junior suite and apparently they are all next to lifts and have no sound insulation so we were woken up each morning by guests and noise from staff outside
* cleaners just come in without checking it’s ok so use lock and do no disturb sign.
Overall we would stay again but would choose a different room option.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at, from arrival until departure, the professional and friendliness of the staff made our stay very memorable and we would like to recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Budapest as the perfect base enabling easy transport access to all the major attractions etc

Adults only hotel. Good location on reasonable quiet street. Loads of bars and restaurants locally and walking distance to many sites.,
Good choice of food at breakfast with a slightly strange hot food offering which changed daily. Good choice of fruit, yoghurt and cold foods. Coffee machine with reasonable hot chocolate.
Roof top pool is covered and the bar area is small but pleasant.
The staff were all super friendly and helpful.
We even got a bottle of Prosecco sent to our room for my 65th birthday (and our 35th wedding Anniversary) which was a really nice touch.
My only negative was that the toilet, which was wall mounted, was quite high.

We had a fantastic stay at Cortile! The friendly staff provided exceptional service, making our visit truly memorable. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Budapest, and our large, spacious room with a great bed exceeded our expectations, especially with the option to choose our favorite type of pillow. Renovated in 2019, the hotel still looks impeccable. The rooftop terrace and pool are delightful, and the wide range of breakfast options was a great way to start the day. We highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was excellent on cleanliness, staff service and facilities. We were nicely greeted and shown to our large clean room. Another added bonus is the rooftop pool which we used everyday.
I would definitely recommend the Cortile Hotel! Love from Scotland!
