Very small room. Smallest ive ever been in. Overpriced for the size and amenities. Othwise clean enough.

The people were very nice and friendly and we were given a breakfast bag and bottled water every day. It was very clean and had nice furnishings. Our only real complaint was that it was so small for two people that we could barely move around and had to keep our bags under the bed so we could. Plus the room was a little pricier than other places we stayed that had way more room. It was however in a great location for us for getting a bus, train or boat for our travels and sight seeing.

Room is very small. Parking is city lot. Bartender really knew his whiskey and atmosphere was great. Good location, staff made it a great experience.

Our room was small but comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Convenient location, close to the main street, restaurants and harbor.

Everything was close and convenient. Friendly staff. Spiral staircase was interesting and tough bringing a suitcase,when your on the top floor!

The staff were excellent. Rooms were clean and tidy. However, the rooms were very small as was the en suite. Moving around the room was difficult as my wife and I could not pass each other at the same time.

The property is in a great spot and a lovely old building. Rooms are lovely and spotlessly clean.My only complaint is the rules re no food in the room are inflexible when it comes to a guest being unwell.

Great location in a beautiful town. Lots of dining options in town and fantastic pub and patio on site. The bar staff have amazing knowledge of Scotch Whiskey with an impressive selection to choose from. We enjoyed our night at Whiskey Vaults, recommend staying there. SteveC - Canadian

Service was exceptional. Very friendly and efficient staff. Good location. Tiniest room I’ve stayed in (even in Europe) but it was clean and comfortable. It was just a bit dreary with the darker colored walls and the sad view of the roof.

The room was rather small but cozy and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and informative. There is parking right across the street that was very easy to access and allowed you to pay in advance for overnight parking. Very close to the Main Street and beautiful views.

Personable employees, good location. Was not prepared for the 50 steps to our room... my fault but we managed!

Perfect stay, no issues at all! Note there is no elevator and quite steep stairs in the few hundred year old hotel. Loved it, my daughter carried up my bag 😀

The whiskey selection is excellent and the bartender was very knowledgeable. The front bar was so cozy. Shopping within walking distance with some gift shops and a book store too.

Delightful stay, delightful proprietors. The rooms were lovely and spotless. The bed was very comfortable. Steps to ferry terminal, restaurants and shopping. Chris provided a wonderful, informative and entertaining evening of whisky tasting. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in Oban and this property was so fitting for our stay. We could walk everywhere and see the Town, shop and visit restaurants without needing a vehicle. We felt like we were at home with family. The owner John was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us with transportation when we were leaving to return back to London to go home. The property has a wonderful bar and knowledgable staff. Thank you Chris for hosting us each day.

The owner was lovely and the area was perfect for walking around Oban. The room is on the smaller side , a bit dark but very clean. The bed was comfortable and a good shower. The bagged breakfast was a nice touch. I would recommend the Whiskey vault.
