Very friendly staff. Clean room but tiny. The desk is too small to work on so made it inconvenient for working stays. Only food on site is breakfast and junk snacks.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel was very clean and everyone was very friendly. I believe one of the ladies that were up front named Brianna was such a sweet young lady and very helpful. There wasn't much room/space in our room. There was no closet space or anywhere to hang multiple family members clothing and no cabinets with drawers to put our items. We were there for a wedding for a few days so it was very tight space. We had to leave everything in our luggage. We enjoyed the entertainment area and there was a extra large area to sit and relax!! I think the breakfast was one of the best we've ever had!!

The front desk guy was awesome during check-in and throughout the evening, as we came in/out. I can't recall his name, but he had blond hair and really went out of his way to make us feel welcome!

Beautiful room with a comfortable bed and pillows. Average breakfast with eggs, sausage or bacon, pancakes, yogurt, etc. Nice landscaping, full gym, decent size outdoor pool. Very friendly staff. Price was right. I would stay here again!

Loved the front desk staff and really good breakfast. Very hi tech rooms, can log into streaming services directly on the tv. I stayed in a lot and it was very comfortable and pleasant. Came with a small dog and it was great for him too.

It was a great place to stay. Nice and clean and the staff is so friendly. It is in a great location, close to town but very quiet. I would stay here again.

The stay here at the Tru was good. The property was clean, modern, nearby shops, restaurants and the hwy. Parking was fine. The bathroom and shower was clean! No mold in the corners or anything so I was happy with that in room. Room 439 was clean and smelled fresh. Only thing I hated in the room was the air conditioner. It worked excellent, but the whir of the air-conditioning coming on made me feel like a space ship was starting up with a loud hum, mixed in with a shrill car alarm going off until it cycled off. So if the tv was on you had to turn the tv then turn it down when the air went off. The only other thing was we got in late Saturday night and was planning on sleeping until the very last minute before checking out at noon ,however, the fire alarm went off and kinda ruined that at 9ish am. I called the front desk and luckily they answered and said someone burnt a bagel. Say what now the whole hotel got woke up over a burnt bagel. The front desk person was nice enough but acted as if this was an everyday occurrence. Overall I would stay here again.

Good location. Very nice staff. Our room had a lot of road noise. Room was well appropriated. However, we have never had a handicap accessible room before with a tub instead of a shower. Very difficult to get in and out. And the seat for the tub was never installed. Breakfast was fair

Nice clean room, friendly check-in. Typical breakfast but ok breakfast. Convenient location close to restaurants and businesses.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, even letting us check in early. Breakfast was fresh and there was plenty of it. The hotel was pet friendly and i loved that i could bring my dog with me. This hotel was very clean and everything seemed new.

Very clean and the front desk employees upon check in were really great. They made great suggestions on where to eat and made us feel very welcome. We had some issues with the commode not wanting to fill and flush. The early shift was more concerned with getting the breakfast out which was understandable than our problem. I was able to make it fill in the tank by playing with the valve in the back. We will definitely stay there again.

Nice property, the pool is very clean. The hotel overall was very clean. It is definitely the Hilton budget brand, as the rooms are quite small, but comfortable. The problem we ran into was the noise factor. The air conditioner thumped and screeched all night, the refrigerator hummed in a high pitch. It was difficult. They also use environmentally formulated, tissues and toilet paper. (Read single ply, falls apart). It is a nice property, well maintained and visually appealing. They offer a very nice breakfast included in the stay. I would stay there again, but preview the noise in the unit prior.

Didn’t like the bottom floor with a pet. Too much of noise and guest entering and leaving the building all night.
