This hotel felt so secure, we would absolutely stay here again. The area was nice, the location was convenient, and even though there was a $20 parking fee, we felt it was worth it to have the secure feeling.

Hotel is beautiful and the staff were very friendly and professional. I appreciate the complimentary waters given by the receptionist and the cleaning staff handing me a warm towel when I was at the pool. Little attention to detail of customer service like that makes this hotel stand out and want to rebook when I travel back to the Madison area! Wonderful hospitality experience! Oh….and the rooms are clean, modern, and the bed is the most comfortable bed! 👍

The lighting in the main area where the bed is, is terrible. There is a small reading light, but the amount of actual light is minimal. The lighting in the bathroom is so bright you can hardly stand it. Lol

Was at the University for a couple of days and decided to stay here. Everything was wonderful with the hotel, road construction was a little challenging. Had a $20 a night charge for parking that hotels.com did not list on their site but they were understanding at the front desk and took care of the charge.

Location was great - I did not expect to have to pay $20/day for parking (so consider this). Great breakfast and love that the ice machine had filtered water for water bottles to fill up. Bathrooms are a bit small - especially the sink.

We had a wonderful stay at this new, clean, fresh and modern hotel. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The check-in receptionist was very nice and the kids had fun in the pool. Highly recommend!

Stay with my family of 4 as well as bro-in-law & niece. We all fit comfortably in a 2 queen & sofa bed.
Like brand new hotel, asked if we wanted top floor with a view or low. Worth the view. Tremendous breakfast, dry nice & clean, great fitness center. Close to shopping and essentials. Short drive to downtown, capital & concert we were attending.
Definitely perfect for our staycation.

Hotel feels almost-brand-new. Very quiet, cozy room. Most comfortable sofa sleeper I've used in years. Bright, up to date bathroom. Excellent breakfast that would cost $15-20 elsewhere. Conveniently located with several restaurants and great shopping right across the street.

We have stayed here several times and have always had a great experience. This hotel is clean, friendly, and indoor parking is a great bonus. Breakfast is adequate, but not great as other reviews have stated. Definitely will stay here again when in the area.

We reserved two rooms. The rooms were not ready at check-in time. We had to wait for the rooms to be ready for over a half an hour. The staff was very apologetic and compensated us with free parking.

Overall, this was a beautiful high rise property in the middle of the city. A little difficult to find and navigate to get there, but the rooms were great! Our room had a great view of the surrounding hills and Lake Mendota, since we were on the top floor. My only suggestion might be to include a mirror and sink by the kitchen area so that if one family member was in the bathroom, the other would have a spot to get ready. Also, the pool heater was not working during our stay, and the grandkids were disappointed that they couldn’t go 2 out of our 3 day stay. However, we were compensated (by Expedia or the hotel, I’m not sure who) and received some money back for that inconvenience. Overall I was very happy with our stay. I just love these suites! Great breakfast too!

Very nice hotel. The HVAC controls did not respond very well to the changes I was trying to make to the room temp and the shower water pressure was very low. Very clean room and hotel. Staff is very friendly. Was unaware of the daily parking charge prior to check-in.

Very nice hotel..very clean quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend. One negative that all newish hotels share is the flashing green light on the carbon monoxide detector...a hellish instrument of nighttime torture.

The pool was very cold, but the rest was great. Huge breakfast and the place was very clean and everyone was very polite.
