This hotel is a nice place to stay in Oakland. They have security on the premises to watch your cars and making sure to you have a parking permit.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of a bad area! Ok if you don’t want to walk anywhere.

We couldn’t enter the hotel because they were gates up everywhere and nowhere to even enter to check in. Once we were able to get over this hump, we had to pay $16 to park. Area was very sketchy to say the least, For that reason alone, I would never stay there again. Hotel was clean. The rooms were nice but I’d like to feel safe for I’m staying and not pay $16 to park.

This hotel was so clean. The room was huge and either new or newly renovated. We will definitely stay here again when we fly out of Oakland.

Hotel was convenient to airport. Area around hotel questionable. Didn't feel unsafe but definitely don't leave valuables in the car. Hotel itself was surprisingly nice with excellent breakfast that started at 5 am, very convenient for early morning flights or arrivals the previous evening from a different time zone! 2 king room was a rare treat for a family of 4 and had a huge walk in closet that could be used as a private changing area if someone was in the bathroom.

We stayed at this hotel to go see a concert. There was five of us and this hotel was fabulous. There was five of us in the room and it was comfortable and spacious. The service was friendly, when we needed something, they brought it to our room right away. The breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. The people were awesome, Hotel is clean. Love it.

Pleasantly surprised! This hotel is up to date and the rooms are extremely nice and big! They have a nice pool that is indoor/outdoor that our 3 year old loved. Room service was good, prices are kinda high but we felt it was worth it rather than driving around Oakland for food. We called down for extra towels and they brought them extremely fast. Their free breakfast was good too! Definitely would stay here again!

Friendly staff, good size room, clean, comfortable. We enjoyed a nice salad in the evening at their bar/restaurant. Free breakfast in the morning before departing wasn't so great (cold and greasy for the most part) but found yogurt and fruit which was nice. Easy access to and from the airport as well as rental returns. Would recommend.

We had a great time here. The room was super clean and the staff was wonderful.
Only downside is the area, if you are from out of town, do not stop to get gas at the Shell or 76 down the street. It's known for robbings. Check Google reviews of the gas station and you will see what I'm talking about.
But the Hotel is amazing!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was very clean. The only complaint I have is there were not any robes( which they had listed on the booking) and the hair blow dryer didn’t work.

This is a great property to stay at right next to the Oakland international airport, 3mins drive. They offer a shuttle 24/7. I arrived on a Friday night. Easy quick check-in and very friendly staff. The whole area inside and out was clean, exactly like photos. Parking area was safe and well lit.

Huge homeless encampment near by. We were concerned with safety parking our car and did not leave the property but to go to the airport because of it. A security guard would be a welcome addition or gated parking lot would improve the feeling of safety.
