My wife and I stayed here October 2024. The hotel is right on the Rhine River and very well located. Staff was pleasant and helpful. All as described in the description, no surprises... Parking is limited but we were lucky thay still had a spot for us:-)

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, excellent views from rooms, excellent proximity to koblenz attractions. On the downside, rooms are very small and cramped. The beds are adequate, but not comfortable. A matress topper would help. All in all, a good choice for the few night we stayed.

The room was extremely hot and the fans were not sufficient to cool the room. There was no parking space available so we had to park 5 mins away.

The best thing about the hotel is the it has a great location. But no parking. I was directed to a public parking lot half a mile away. That was full and so tight that I almost damaged my car several times. I found anothe parking lot also about half a mile from the hotel. The rooms are tiny with no AC. The bathroom is also very small. There is an elevator. Its the smallest elevator I have ever seen. About 1 meter squared.
But the view from the window was nice and everything was close by.

Everything okay lovely hotel great location overlooking the river Rhine, just one problem, bed was 2 singles put side by side to make a double bed, with 2 single duvets not a good idea, having said that everything else was fine.

Staff, particularly Axenia was great, super friendly and helpful as were the 2 gentlemen at the desk. Suggested improvements: better door locking system for rooms, elevator should go to each floor, bathtub is very high and narrow, nice to have coffee and tea available in room.

Situated next to the Rhine, it is in a beautiful location. Close to shopping and restaurants, as well as, the historic old town, virtually everything is within a few minutes walking distance. The hotel is clean and bright and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this spot to any holiday traveller.

Our bedroom had a lovely river view with a private balcony, but the room was a little on the small size. Breakfast was extensive and delicious but had to pay an extra €15 per person per night. Most other hotels we have been to offer complimentary breakfast for guests. Even tea & coffee making facilities was an extra €8.50 per stay. I recommend this hotel because of it’s central location and beautiful views of the river.
