Resort is connected to the casino and this meant easy parking, access to dining, two gas stations at the corner and friendly service. We really enjoyed our breakfast and lounge access with the CLUB Level rooms. Patricia at breakfast is absolutely lovely to converse with. She definitely is someone perfect to greet you in the morning and make you feel welcomed and like this is home. Marie was also lovely to talk to during the lounge hours of 5-9pm where CLUB level rooms could have some apps before heading to dinner. One night they had these rib bites that were so yummy and the next night the mac and cheese was almost done before I arrived at 6pm. Rooms: (Club Level 11th floor) Bathroom could be updated to have more room to move around and I love the eco friendly shampoo and conditioner. Beds were very comfortable and the luxury pillows were supportive and comparable to my $150 ones at home. Robes and slippers were available to use during our stay with was helpful with travelling to the 24 hour sauna and steam room. I am sad to say the pool closes at 10 pm which was always busy right up to it. Thinking it should be changed to 1030 or 11 as there is not much to do with family when everything else is closed. Check in and out was effortless and I would stay here again for the service and amenities.

Good hotel! I think it just got renovated Bed wasn’t comfortable but what you expect when you don’t sleep on your own bed? Front desk agents are amazing! However the pool’s chlorine is sooo strong!

Check in was akward as we were asked if we had pet allergies as we were in a pet friendly room. But then told there’s nothing else available. Maybe put that online so when we book we know if we’re in a per friendly room. Because if we did have allergies what were we to do ? Room has loose floor tiles that were always when we stepped on them .

It started ok and staff are friendly but when we got to the room tv did not work and no towels huge stain on the floor and last thing is had shower and tub would not drain then phoned down to front desk and they moved us rooms which was very inconvenient

No elevator, 2 sets of stairs to my room, lugging my luggage up,after a long day of travel. Room ok.

We loved staying in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The lobby areas hallways, rooms and pool area were all very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in was fine. Front desk staff were helpful. Room was relatively clean. Hiy restaurant was exceptional. Food and service 5 stars. Casino staff were exceptional. The hotel needs a refresh. Walls are dinged up and marked. Carpet is old. No streaming services. When I called the front desk to ask about Netflix I was told to log into my own personal account - what?? On an unsecured random network?? No thanks. Big drunken argument in the hallway at 1:30 am - woke me up - had to get up and call the front desk to deal with it. Overall 3 stars. Not horrible but lots of room for improvement.

Needs Reno being done but for now rooms are old. Some rooms no view. Food and bar good with good service. Hope it will all get better soon.

Traditional Room - located in what appears to be an older building - not the tower. Window faced some storage containers and a parking lot for some apartment buildings. Room was nicely furnished. Big, quality TV. Some cleanliness issues - layer of dust on microwave and coffee maker, hair on the bathroom floor, a beat up old side table in the room which did not match the nice furniture. For the price, I will give it a pass.

I was impressed at how quickly our needs were met. The air conditioner wasn’t working in our room. Maintenance arrived quickly and though they couldn’t fix it immediately we were given another room on the same floor.

The hotel lobby/pool/room were all sufficient for the cost. Unfortunately the elevator situation at this hotel is enough to ruin an entire weekend. There were times when we waited 35 minutes to get an empty elevator. There are no stairs to take from the main floor. It is painful, and quite frankly ridiculous and that’s not taking into consideration the safety ramifications of evacuating the premises in the event of an emergency. This must be addressed before I would ever stay again.

Easy check in and such a lovely place. The restaurant are amazing and a great price. The hotel rooms are very clean and the bed is comfortable!

Great location and amenities. A bit unclean room bathrooms and windows. Overall experience was 4/5 for staff and casino proximity.

Older property but served the purpose. Casino was small but, again, served the purpose. Old rooms that could use some updates and maybe a little more cleaning but would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is good and the staff is friendly. They said that they are renovating the hotel and I think that it needs an update

This was a great experience in a great hotel. The quality is first class throughout. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are large, nicely appointed, and very comfortable. The breakfast as part of the club rooms is hot and excellent. We liked it so much that we stayed another two nights.

Good price

I looked for a place where I can spend the night and I am disappointed that the room I got was disappointing. Tiles are crooked, no amenities like sugar and cream, toothbrush, or toothpaste, I had to go to the front desk to ask for one. The carpet was filthy, and I discovered some candy on the floor. The only positive thing I can say is that the people working there were friendly and accommodating.
