The rooms were spacious. The beds were comfortable. The pool was great for everyone. Staff was friendly. And the morning breakfast was good.

Loved the layout and lighting of the room, felt open, clean and comfy! Reception staff were quick to find us a cart for our luggage when we arrived, checked us in early and were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Super comfortable bed and I enjoyed the lighting that was available in the room. staff was fantastic.

The water pressure I. shower wasn’t the greatest. took a while to rinse out shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was limited and pancake machine was not working.

The Holiday Inn Express North in Red Deer was close to relatives we were visiting. When we arrived, Booking.com had not informed the hotel of our reservation, but fortunately we had the confirmation to show them. The staff was very courteous with us.

Booking.com could have followed through and made our reservation with the hotel so that our reception would have been quicker and smoother.
