Overall this is a nice hotel, it’s clean, comfortable and we enjoy staying here. However the pool is an ice bath. Each time we stay we mention it to the front desk and each time we come back, it’s still the same. We would love to be able to use this amenity with our children more but it’s too cold to be swimming.

Hotel and Room were very clean. Mattress was too hard, neither of us slept very well, even with 6 pillows.

The hotel was clean and well kept, but the beds were pretty uncomfortable and the lady at the front desk was rude.

Overall our stay was good. The breakfast selections are just ok. Would be nice to see different items. Have stayed here before and it seems like it’s always the same thing.
Also the chlorine in the pool room was too high, couldn’t sit in there without our eyes burning. The big pool seemed colder than normal also.

I have always enjoyed staying at Fairfileds around the country. This one was very well organized i was even allowed to check in early. The hotel is very clean from the parking lot to the room. I really enjoyed the courtesy messages i found in my from the employees.

Checking issues. Also very loud mechanical system turning on and off every 15 seconds for the entire night. No free WiFi and high price for room relative to value

First night we were given a room on the top floor and above us was a machine that banged on and off every 10 seconds..loud. Asked for a new room next day and was told “yah we typically don’t put folks in that room due to the noise unless we have to….I was given a few options at check in but was never told about the noise issue. Breakfast area was dirty during the meal and food, cups etc. ran out frequently.

This was our first time staying at this property & our stay was short, but we were very comfortable & would choose it again if the need arises.

Clean hotel. We were on the back side of the hotel. There is a road behind the hotel that gets noisy in the morning.

Everything good except tv picture blacked out after an hour and unable to solve problem

We were there two nights and the room was never cleaned. Apparently there’s no daily room cleaning. The rooms have popcorn ceilings with an air of faded decrepitude. For over $220 a night we expected better.

There was a noise the evening of the 15th - every 10 seconds like the AC was trying to turn on?
It didn't bother our sleep but definitely noticeable all night...

Very nice! Only disappointment was out of many items at breakfast. Arrived around 9 and bread for toast out of stock, ham/cheese croissants out and the scrambled eggs looked/tasted as if they had been sitting there for some time..

My husband and I came for a quick visit to see family. We arrived early and our room was ready. Great surprise after traveling all day. Our room was clean and comfortable. We made our way to Bloedow’s (amazing donuts). We went to Levee park then off to Winona State to watch basketball. The hotel was close to everything. We will stay here again.

Staff was professional and courteous. Check-in and checkout was seamless. The room was super and I slept great. The whirlpool was relaxing. The breakfast buffet was a generous bounty.
