My family and I stayed here while visiting my daughter at UW LaCrosse. Everything was clean and comfortable. Kids had a great time in the pool area which was very nice. The continental breakfast was by far my favorite part of the stay. So many options. We will definitely be back.

It started with a slight musty smell. I noticed 1 of the small containers near the sink was half used. Room with toilet & tub/shower had a space of 3ftx3ft to stand on floor. In the morning i noticed spiders in 2 different spiders. It was late after a wedding when i checked in. If i had seen in daylight, would have asked for different room. Breakfast was great & the lady was super kind/helpful; best part of hotel stay!

We've been staying at this hotel on and off for almost 4 years while visiting our daughter who goes to St. Mary's University. The stay this time was terrible. The first room we had stunk so bad, we walked right out. The room we ended up with was not the best. There were cob webs in the bathroom, stains on the wall, bugs coming in from the patio door, water in the tub that never drained after 2 days, there weren't towels in the pool area & the hotel seemed to be run by college students. Front desk & breakfast people were friendly. The place needs major updates before we'd ever consider staying here again.

The carpet didn’t look like it was vacuumed, light bulbs out in the bathroom, toilet was gross and full of mold, and there was still a dirty towel hanging on the towel bar. There is no soundproofing whatsoever. I am a heavy sleeper and noise doesn’t usually bother me, but I heard everything and was woken up many times. We went to the bar for a drink and watched the bar tender grab a guys empty beer glass to fill and put it directly in contact with the tap. Very unsanitary. For $275 I would expect a bit better. Honestly, couldn’t wait to check out. If I had another choice of where to stay this weekend I would have chosen somewhere else. Everything was booked. :(

We had a great stay the hot tub and pool were awesome and we liked they had a restaurant right there so we didn’t have to leave.

Arrived at the room dirty Could write your name in the dust, hadn’t been vacuumed , one sheet for the sofa sleeper waded up inside. Had to kill multiple spiders. The worst was the very strong mold and mildew smell.Reported this at the front desk. The desk person was very polite and apologetic. She told me they would send someone in to clean which they did and discount the room which they didn’t. Won’t stay again.

Breakfast was awesome! Lady serving and taking care of breakfast was amazing! She kept everything clean and stocked very well!

Could be a nice place to stay. The room could use some updating but beds we’re comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the small balcony of our second floor room. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good. The attached restaurant had good food and drinks for a reasonable price. On the not not so great features… There was a used wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain rod when we arrived. The bathtub was either stained or dirty and the sprinkler head in the bathroom was either dirty or rusted. The screen door to the deck had holes in it and the deck door did not lock.
