The room was spotless and a true suite, great bed, really pleased and very reasonable. Responsive shuttles, good food and drink and nice assortment at the complimentary breakfast. Will definitely stay there again.

This was a great hotel to stay at for a night but easily could have stayed more nights. We just needed the one night as we were flying out the next day. Great location, within a few miles of the airport!

Just a quick overnight, but new place had a great layout and a very comfortable bed. Driving options for restaurants, or one there, with bar open pretty late. Lovely staff, will stay again!

The room was fine, as you would expect a Springhill. I felt totally taken advantage of when they charged me $20 for parking. If I was staying in a city or at the base of the mountain, I would expect to pay for parking, but this hotel is remotely located off the side of the highway. There is no way to access the hotel without a car. And it is not a transparent charge— it was buried deep in the website. The breakfast was bad enough that even my children would not eat it.

Property was clean, staff were friendly. The size of the room was larger than most. My only complaint was the mattresses on the beds were quite hard, and I like a soft mattress. I eneded up sleeping on the pull out couch because the bed my hips and lower back hurt. The pull out couch was comfty. Overall, it is good hotel.

Excellent room. Kitchen made a big difference for us. Kitchen provided well thought out supplies, utensils and amenities. Desk layout is great. Bathroom is top shelf too.

Stayed one night before flying out for a family trip, we have stayed here one other time and it has been a pleasant experience both times.

When we arrived I noticed the guest in front of me was having problems with his room. Another guest that was a Hilton honors was having problems with his app not opening the door not would the key card. I didn't think much about it. When my wife and I checked into our room it was not cleaned. Trash was all over the room, bed not made, bathroom was dirty! When we went downstairs to tell the front desk lady she asked if we wanted it cleaned? I told her we want her to do something! We were moved to another room and it was clean. But no apology... No nothing. The lobby seemed to be messy. With many other options in this area I have reason to come back.

Advertised as serving small plates in bar. There was no food available in the evening. They printed a list of close locations for food. The problem was that it was pouring, heavy rain. I resorted to Grubhub. I couldn’t get breakfast the next morning because of needing the early shuttle to the airport.

The bed was so soft and the room very spacious! I really enjoyed the room. The cleanliness of the lobby was not on par but overall I would highly recommend the King Suite!

The room was immaculate! High ceilings made it feel bigger. Workout area was good. All the areas were very clean. Within walking distance to a nice variety of restaurants.

The bartender seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests at the bar on Sunday night. Service was very slow. The bartender seemed to ignore her guests, but she may have been too busy. We tried to order food at 930pm but were told they had no more food. Seems inconsistent with the posted hours of operation (11pm).

Conveniently situated near airport. Helpful staff, clean facility and free shuttle. Everything was great. Could improve on breakfast. There were no milk alternatives. Also, I noticed that there were some disposable cups and silverware- not very eco friendly.

We were only here for a few hours to get some sleep before flying out of DIA. Quick check-in, very clean, nice looking property convenient to DIA. Would definitely recommend.

Shuttle from airport was backed up and if we would have waited would have taken hours. We ended up taking a cab at 1:30 am. Check in was backed up. Finally got settled in our room around 2:30. Toilet didn’t flush. Coffee was empty majority of breakfast buffet.

Stayed here to catch a very early flight at DIA. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but everything was clean and well maintained.
